Dionne provided exceptional service throughout the purchasing process of our house. The things I appreciated the most: she kept working to get the lowest possible interest rate right up until closing, she answered our questions very quickly and she would check up on us and provide us with information after closing as well. The portal that was used to upload documents was very efficient as we were purchasing from a distance and during COVID restrictions. Very good experience overall.

Myself and my partner bought a house in October 2020. Working with Dionne made the process seamless (or as seamless as the process can possibly be). Dionne was very communicative throughout the process. I had actually reached out to her several years before and after a consultation she actually recommended staying with my current institution based upon rates. I really appreciated this level of honesty and went back to her when we were up for our second renewal and she got me a great rate. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process and Dionne was very patient throughout. Couldn't recommend her guidance more!
