I usually get my nails done here and they turn out fine, however, I got my nails done and two days later my nails started chipping. While I was at the salon, my nail tech seemed very rushed. I will not be returning.

New to the Richmond hill needed a new nail technician and honestly this place is amazing, Lucy did a wonderful job even wen I was in a rush . I loved the pedicure massage was amazing. Thank you for the good work

Very unsanitary. Not clean at all. They don’t sanitize their instruments. I got a FUNGAL INFECTION from doing a pedicure at Viva Nails. All my toe nails turned dark color and falling off one by one. The fungal infection is stubborn and not going away and I’m terrified. Avoid this place.

I had a great experience here! I came late in the evening as I was leaving for a trip the following day and I had a technician doing my pedicure and another doing my manicure, and they were amazing! Also very sweet and friendly. Thank you for making my nails last my vacation and beyond! I do need to come in for a refill now, but since April 18th and they still look incredible! Thank you :)

I went to Viva Nails & Spa on July 9th for a full set before going on vacation. Lily did an AMAZING job with my nails and had so much patience with making sure they were good quality. The nails lasted the entire summer without any issues! Everyone at Viva was extremely kind and made a good environment for all customers :) I recommended this salon to all my family/friends, and I will definitely be coming again, 10/10!!

Honestly worst experience I’ve had at a Richmond hill salon. Service took hours and was not worth the final result. They were bumpy and not even and when I brought up issues while getting it done I was made to feel I was wrong. After when I was happy I was argued with. I’m deeply disappointed in service and won’t be going back ever again

I hate posting bad reviews but the quality of their work has dropped a lot! Its not even worth it to get my nails done here anymore!Few month ago viva was a really nice nail salon but now their staff are really unprofessional, slow, and they just want to finish the job,, the past 3 times I came here i was really unsatisfied, i also had to come back and get my nails fixed twice (I got then done by Lucy both times)I hope they fix the problem, im not going back there anymore, waste of time and money
