My e-bike had a bent rear rim and no shop would work on it. The dealership for my ebike refused to fix it and wanted to charge me $500 to replace the entire wheel and motor. - Avatar Cyles put in the effort and fixed the rim within 24 hours and charged less than 1/5th of what it would have cost at the dealership. Super nice staff too. Cant recommend enough!

I am so happy with Avatarcycles. Every other place in Toronto was saying it would be 2 weeks to get a tune up, but Avatarcycles had it done in a day. Not only that but my bike rides better than it did when it was new. They even replaced my handlebar and the brakes works much better. Thank you very much Avatarcycles and Godfrey. I'm so pumped to hit the trails now :)

Godfrey could not fix the shifting of my front gears of my Giant brand hardtail moutain bike. Gears no longer shifted through 1st, 2nd, 3rd without jarring, chain coming off or chain breaking. Godfrey tried 3xs to fix it, but failed. Took it then instead to Newsons on Jane and Dundas. They fixed it without incident within a 2 day period. Gears shift smoothly now. Godfrey had put on a too wide of chain and didn't do the proper derailler adjustments. If I could give Godfrey's abilities zero stars I would. Do not go here.

Most courteous owner and fixed my son's bike at the spot. He was so generous to keep his shop open until we reached to get the bike fixed. Very reasonable cost. This was the only shop open on a public holiday!

Godfrey was of great help. I thought I had a problem with my rear brakes, but Godfrey had a quick look and saw that the cable was just jammed. He didn't charge anything because he said there was really no problem. He was very friendly and helpful.

Always a treat seeing Ryan and Godfrey. Ryan has been working on my bikes for years, and I have never been disappointed. He's a local genius, who knows his craft. The work is solid, fast and reasonably priced. Just warm up the shoulders before you take a swipe at the heavy bag hanging prominently in the shop. Lol. Great to see a small, local business doing well. Cheers, lads!
