There is a well experienced TD Lady called Deborah ( looking like a Korean Asian lady) is very nice and friendly and well trained & experienced . She done the bank transactions quickly and accurately. Her outstanding working performance totally changed those people who gave negative reviews online . Can definitely speak to the quality and friendly services provided by Gary Olidis! I looked up TD for mortgage advice online and was referred to Gary. From the first information appointment to closing the mortgage, he was always professional and very helpful.I have also experienced good customer support in both English and Mandarin at this branch.Although I do prefer to call TD directly for the quickest and most convenient resolution, if I have to go to a branch this one is definitely it!

I have the worst customer service with young lady who work as teller very unfriendly and rude.when I enter the bank try to make some change and the teller lady don’t have it and the young lady was impatient .As a long term td customer,it never happen before.please impove the customer service with the teller skill.customer is losing with worst service.

It was an amazing experience to deal with Ms. Deborah. Excellence in customer service. I am so glad she was able to help me get some foreign currency for my child who is a beginner collector. She went out of her way to get help for us. Thank u so much and much appreciated.

This is TD Bank rating overall, gone are the days of good service. COVID-19 has become the excuse to say you need an appointment to do anything. You can't just walk in and open an account or get to your safety deposit box or buy a GIC. Now that things have somewhat normalized there is no excuse. In this bank branch there is 3 service desks that could be manned for basic banking services, the times I have been here there are all empty ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Imagine how many customers just come in and walk out unsatisfied? Came back again another day line up again behind people who need to be there. The system is broken. Downgraded to one star wish I could put 0.

This guy at the front desk, Luka, had terrible service. You don't give me an envelope to get money. Said there were no envelopes in the whole bank. The other man gave him the envelope. He thought I didn't see it. Still playing the fool

Been trying to deposit a US Dollar cheque to my US Dollar account, got bounced back again for the second time without any explanation and nobody seems to able to tell me the exact reason except that meaningless statement Not Eligible For Clearing". The fund is available from the issuer's account. This sage has been going for over 6 months and this is unacceptable. Filed complains

Didn't think this location could get worse. Long line ups to the door, understaffed, tellers letting people cut the queue, no envelopes for cash withdrawals (seems like atleast 1 week going by other reviews).
