I agree with a previous review regarding Jaweed's excellent salesmanship. He did everything possible to make my new bed purchase easier, never hovered or pressured but provided needed info on products, was patient and friendly, listened to my needs and remained easy to flag down. I ordered and paid for an ottoman -it was only available to pick up and the receipt said I would be called by staff when it was in. 5 WEEKS LATER I call the store-oh it’s no longer available and no one bothered to let me know, but I can come in to look at the floor model. The sales manager offered 10% off the floor model which is no longer available and has chipped edges on the tray and dirt on the fabric. How pathetic is this customer service. The sales associate was kind enough to ask if I wanted to but anything else instead if a refund. My reply - no I will probably never shop at any Leon’s in my life!

I visited Leon's Furniture to pick up my online order. Staff inside greeted me and provide direction right after I enter the store. So, I did not walk far to find help. Customer Service desk was prompt and efficient. I exited the store in 10 min the max.

I came in here just to browse and ended up leaving with a brand new couch and later a T.V. Mike Yorke was so helpful, super friendly and very professional. He explained all of my payment options thoroughly and happily answered any and all questions I had even after I left the store. He’s fantastic and deserves an extra day off :)I’ll definitely be back. Was once a happy customer until Leon’s decided not to help with my mattress replacement even though I purchased insurance. For months now we have been give the run around . Constant visits by different people inspections cleaning anything they can do to delay solving our issue. We spent alot of money to get a good nights sleep and the past several months have been a nightmare !! I do not suggest buying any mattresses from this store and any insurance they up sell as they will do anything possible not to admit that this mattress does not meet our expectations and therefore rather than the constant run around help YOUR customers !

My Mom was not impressed. Tried getting confirmation of the return, gave a 83 yr old woman a hard time. Finally said they would take it back-table leaf wouldn't go down & ,6 mths to even get another one. Took Mom today and wasn't leaving until it was done. Yahoo.. money refunded.

WORST customer service! Purchased a new fridge over 3 years ago. Was told linear compressor is definitely the way to go" from sales staff. What do you know the compressor goes on it just recently. No indication either as temp controls show no change. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of meat and food. Luckily we bought the extended warranty (or so we thought). We're told it'll take 2 weeks to have a tech come look at it....we have an 18m old and a 4 year old so this is NOT ideal. After some back and forth

Leon's Furniture will eventually deliver your furniture after 7 months broken and missing pieces. You can pay for scotch guard but they expect to do it at your house weeks after they deliver the furniture. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend.

I am very happy and excited about my new couch! It is very comfortable and seems to be good quality!I am disappointed at how long it took for my couch to be delivered to me. I was originally told 2-4 weeks when I purchased it and it took more like 8 or 9 weeks… Every time I went into Leon’s to get an update they told me it would be another 2-3 weeks (no matter how many weeks had already passed). It felt as if they were just telling me what they had to to make me go away. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long and to not really know when my couch would actually arrive. I feel like after what I went through and how long I had to wait that Leon’s should have done something to compensate me.
