Arctic Spas Red Deer

Had a rubber duck in hot tub that got sucked down through filter basket when I had the filter out to clean. Called and talked to Jason and George, both were extremely helpful. Gave me a couple ideas to get it out, which I was able to. Temp was -20c out and were also able to help me in what to do if I wasn’t able to unplug pump. Wouldn’t stray from arctic spas!

My experience with artic spa was great from day one , then I needed some work done on it , I can't say enough about how friendly they were and didn't give up until they got to the issue , he was very knowledgeable about everything , that made me feel all was good after all it is an investment , I'm so sorry I forget the gentlemans name but he's fantastic.

Five star service goes out to the delivery /tech's who delivered out Hot Tub; Mathew, Steve, & Brad who helped us setup up my new tub. Very knowledgeable and professional. Awesome customer service. A winter delivery can be challenging, but they removed our old tub and installed the new one like pro's... no winter related issues at all.As for Product ... a Five Star all the way; on our new Klondiker Tub with 4 pumps & 60 Jets.... we love this Tub!We can't forget to thank the folks in Red Deer, Larry for getting us into the Klondiker & to Nikole for helping with all our questions.Questions were always answered by Nikole very promptly.And to Arctic Spa Head office for standing behind your products.A noted point for positive change to head office, branches and staff .... at times there seemed to be a little disconnect with information we were provided between sales, support & delivery. It would be helpful to customers if you would ensure that we could easily talk to the proper departments for various concerns. When staff aren't 100% certain on the answers, not to hesitate to investigate the question and then call back the customer. This would prevent improper information being provided to customers.Also a HUGE shout out to Paradise Bay, who sells Arctic Spa's; for their support in helping to resolve water balancing issues.

Nicole in the Red Deer location has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She always is super helpful and is very responsive. Thanks for all you have done.

Had a small issue with our Spa Boy probe and had the Tech from Red Deer, Ira, come out. Amazing service-knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Thank you.Also received a new Zorbie to manage foam and oils. We have been using these since we got the hot tub and find them to be very effective! We will be continuing to purchase this product.

Five messages left, not one returned. It would be a one star, except the fabulous sales person was very helpful when I was there and having difficulties. Based on this experience, I am not likely to purchase another Arctic Spa. Especially considering the premium paid for their spas.
