Fady helped us find good tenants for our rental. He takes care of repairs and other maintenance without us needing to worry about the details. Fady is highly professional, knowledgeable as well as responsive and easy to work with.

I was looking into buying a house when a friend referred me to Fady saying what an incredible job he did finding him his home and WOW was he right. Having Fady as our property manager in Ottawa has been both a blessing and a pleasure. Since the fall of 2021, he has been our property manager; he has maintained our house well, has sourced good tenants, and has communicated effectively with us in case of needed repair or renovation. His communication with our tenants and us is effective and timely. For example, last year, we had water issues in our recently renovated basement. This problem was big and scary for us, especially since we don't live in Ottawa. Fady was highly proactive in communicating the issue to us and solving the water issues with us.
