I didn’t go in to the store but Brandon over the phone let me know about what kind of rack systems they had for my car, let me know the price and was super awesome to deal with. My car is very hard to find a system for but he let me know the benefits of each and what to expect to be knowledgeable about the product I will buy. I haven’t ordered my rack system yet but I know that Roof Racks Calgary will be the only place I go.

I was looking for roof rack on my 2017 Toyota Rav4. This place delivered with triple A!!Searching for while, had to say what I find on Amazon can't recommend as cheap and dangerous ( read many reviews), then I found an other business in Nw as I live there they did not returned my e- mail, could not communicate through phone either.This time my frustration were slightly high, as we need a roofrack for our summer camping trip.I find Roof Racks Calgary online with good reviews, so I decided to gave them a shot.Called them yesterday talked to Ariel discussed product, what was available, very same day could drove the car ( did from Nw to SE) they installed my Thule crossbars instantly. They also sell other brands too, on different price range.Communication was excellent, staff was knowledgeable, product was available did not had to wait, installation was extremely fast.Also they are selling tons of watersport equipment see my picture.Highly recommended!!!

Excellent experience!! We called the store and they answered right away, which was awesome. Ordered a Thule bike rack. The gal on phone said she would ordered it and it came the next day which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was professional and friendly! They will be getting all of our business going forward!

Best overall retail purchase experience for our introduction to expanding our cargo capacity with a roof rack. Going to Roof Racks was best advice our Acurac dealer gave us for expanding our MDX carrying capacity. Was guided through twists, turns and refinements to arrive at an option that still allowed our Acura MDX to fit in garage and maximize our storage. Overall great value and patient knowledgeable service, installation and refinements to best establish and fullfill our needs. Excellent value with extensive knowledge and service. Could not be more pleased.

Kaelen was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind with helping us out with picking out a roof rack. She even helped with taking the time to efficiently set up the racks for us which was really helpful. Highly recommend the service and products here!

The salesguy was awesome. He knew pros and cons of the model I was interested in, and offered other solutions based on my car, my activity, and my preferences. We selected the Thule Raceway: it looks great and functions perfectly. I got help installing it too (like, I just stood there, ha ha). I love these guys!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They helped me over the phone to get the right bike rack for my car, and I was able to order it on their website right away. They also advised to pick up at store to save on shipping, which was awesome. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a roof top cargo box here. The service was excellent. My vehicle was a difficult fit but they found one that fit and also big enough for my skis.
