Visiting Kimberley the other day and stopped into this store. I knew what I wanted and the ladies had it ready for me in just few minutes!! Then was looking around store and found some more great oils. Nice selection of fragrances. The ladies offered me some good in store deals that they were having. Very pleasant, helpful staff. What a great store!! And thank you for being open!!!

Love the customer service and the products. Tooth fairy tea is my fave and always has been for my littles. Amazing selection of diffusers and jewelry as well. Couldn't give enough stars for this!

Walking into Healing Hollow you are instantly greeted by a welcoming aroma of essential oils and friendly staff! The blends they create are great smelling and have practical applications to real life. They have everything from blends for teething babies to headache relief to something for our furry friends. The staff is very knowledgeable in what blends can help you and you can tell they are selling products they believe in! The worst part about going into their store is having to choose which blends are coming home with you this time! Be fair warned Healing Hollow isn't somewhere you can just visit once!

Feeling a bit disappointed in the customer service we recieved. We were sold the wrong diffuser on Saturday, so we brought it back in to exchange it on Monday (unused) to Healing Hollow in Kimberley where we bought it. We were given attitude and just a very unwelcomed feeling from the lady behind the till. We got the feeling she didn't really want to exchange it for the one we had wanted . Its pretty disappointing when you spend over $400 in the last week and try to support local and this is the kind of service you receive. Makes you NOT want to support local and just shop online.

BEST place for anything oils! Immune 5, rest assured and the lavender lime are my top fave diffuser blends Anytime I’ve ordered online it’s easy and fast and anytime there is an issue it is fixed immediately. Quality of any of the products is amazing! Thanks HH for being the best place to shop!

I have been purchasing Healing Hollow's remedy blends for over 5 years and I could not be happier with their quality and their great scents! Michelle has always taken the time to answer my queries and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I was first introduced to their products when looking for remedies to help my at that time teething baby but now have at least 4 or 5 different blends in rotation for daily use for me and my whole family.

After years of dealing with restless legs that were bad enough that it severely hindered my ability to sleep and even caused my late husband to kick me out of bed a few times, I was willing to try anything that I hadn't tried before. The Shake a Leg roll on remedy is a miracle! I've been using it for about a month now and my restless legs have all but disappeared! Just doing touristy things in Kimberley and stumbled upon this shop. My son affectionately has dubbed it the “smell store” because as soon as you walk in, you’re welcomed by the most beautiful essential oil fragrance. I personally dubbed it the “no headaches store” because the scent that was diffusing when I was there seemed to banish the stress and tension I was feeling in my shoulders and neck haha.I grabbed a suncatcher and a crystal (for my air plant), but I was most touched when the associate I spoke with told me “this may be weird, but thank you for your calm energy today”… and we proceeded to have a short but heartfelt chat about health and our experiences resonated with the other and it just felt nice to be seen and noticed and understood, and it was such a nice way to finish off a pleasant afternoon in the Platzl.And while you can get a whole whack of beautiful and wonderful things at this store, I think you’re likely to have a 5-star experience here just being around beautiful, caring humans.

Absolutely LOVE the Healing Hollow products! I don't live close to a location so I just order online and my products arrive quickly every time. The essential oils are amazing and great quality. I most recently ordered the Christmas pack of oils and my house smelled amazing during the holidays that everyone asked what the amazing smell was. I still use Reindeer Rum as it reminds me of baking and makes me feel cozy. Highly recommend this amazing company!

Healing Hollow has been a life saver for us. We used to buy from a MLM company and came across Healing Hollow on Facebook. I went to the website and read about her oils. Just reading how she herself got started on her personal journey, I knew I had to try her oils. We drove from Saskatchewan to B.C. and stopped in at the Kimberley location. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted as if you're all longtime friends. My first bottles included the Recover, Pain Away, Zen Pet and a diffuser. There is a blend for everyone and for every issue you might be having. The staff is incredibly helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. It's been 2 years now and we are still firm believers and supporters of Healing Hollow and order often. Whether you can't sleep, are stuffed up, have a teething babe, allergies, a cute pain, a pet with pain or anxiety, Healing Hollow has an oil for you. All oils are hand blended and poured which I personally love. Thanks Healing Hollow for everything you do!
