Lagoon Baby - Maple Ridge

Best baby store ever! They stand behind their products, prepare orders quickly, will work with you if any issues come up with your order too. I have been shopping here for almost 2 years now and have been very happy with them. They are great to ask if you need product recommendations too. I especially love their cloth diaper selection!

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter was told I could try them on and return them if they didn’t fit. Took them home, tried them on and they were too small when I tried to return them like I was told I could do they said no the shoe has a small scratch on them that they came with. They didn’t even try to offer me an exchange or any sort of solution. Less then helpful

If you haven't been to your missing out this cute little store is amazing it is full of awesome baby and kids stuff its my go to place to be and have been shopping there for years ! The merchandising is amazing well laid out and appealing clean clutter free and organized! I absolutely love supporting local and this store makes it easy with there outstanding customer service!

What a special store to have in Maple Ridge! I was surprised that it’s more than just baby stuff - there is a fully stocked toy store with an incredible selection of toys that my kids love (playmobil, Lego, calico critters, Schleich, unique stuffies, etc.). Staff were friendly and helpful which you will not get at a big box store. I will be shopping here for my kids gifts from now on :)

Love love love lagoon baby. They always answer the phone and have put things behind the counter for me so many times to avoid me driving over for no reason. They always are so quick to serve me and always thank me for coming in. My favorite kids store hands down!

The staff was super helpful getting me started with cloth diapering and since then I always try to buy my baby/kid items from here. I love shopping in store and their online shop is also great and easy to use. Lagoon Baby has such a great selection and baby and kid items to choose from and I love supporting locally owned businesses when I can.

Came back to Maple Ridge for a visit and wanted to get a wool diaper cover from Lagoon Baby to support local. Found some replay dishes and went to the counter to ask about the cover, the lady told me they were in the back and she had to check the sizes. At this time some one was waiting behind me and she told me she had to help these people first (when I was at the counter I was the only one in the store...). No problem if it was a simple purchase! The customer had a return, a purchase and then the lady went to help them discuss something in the back of the store! I literally spent 15 minutes waiting for this to happen! She told me someone else in the back was looking but I never saw them. Finally finished up with that couple and then she went back to grab my item, I took a couple minutes if that, to chose the wool cover and pay. There was no apology for having me wait. Definitely not impressed with customer service. Gave it an extra star because of their item selection in store.

Gorgeous store to buy top quality baby items. Prices are not cheap - but you definitely get what you pay for. Magnificent bamboo fabric outfits are the softest thing for baby skin. I bought my grandkids Jammies - and the quality is well worth the price.

The best boutique children’s store!! Natalie is so lovely and her staff is amazing! They’re so knowledgeable about all the things in their store. If there’s something you’re looking for and they don’t have it they have a waitlist and they ACTUALLY call you (and email) when the item arrives!!! Which is amazing!! I’ve been a customer as long as I’ve lived in maple ridge (6 yrs) and I highly recommend the store for everything!

Bad return/exchange process that will cost you money. You pay to ship back yourself, and then any free shipping you had from the original order is taken off your store credit - so you get hit twice! And then of course you need to pay shipping again most likely for your replacement product. Just order your stuff from a big box with a better process if you're gonna do online ordering.
