Nails Time Okotoks

Honestly this place is hit and miss with each person you see.I’ve gone four times now and only had ONE good gel manicure. The other three times the gel was thick and globbed on, my cuticles were left looking worse than when I got there and they’ve only lasted about a week!The one good time I went, the polish was smooth and even, it covered the whole nail, my cuticles were clean and that polish lasted over 2 weeks.This last time I went, they didn’t just polish down the old gel, she ground my nail right down, I have thin, brittle nails as is and I always express my concern and ask them to file as little as possible. She seemed to be extremely rushed and the polish is quite thick.I’ve learned my lesson at this place, you have to find a good “tech” and then book them. Because walk-ins are rushed through with little care it seems.

I have been using this Nail Salon since they opened. They are fantastic!! I am especially impressed by a young lady name Gwen, who is just outstanding when it comes to French manicures. She has a really lovely disposition and is interesting to talk to as she works on my nails . The staff will do their very best to get you in at the exact time you want to come, the salon itself is immaculate. I feel they go above and beyond in their care for their clients. 5⭐️ ‘s for NAIL TIME

I took my mom there for a manicure and pedicure for her birthday and she said it was the best place she has ever been. The staff was so friendly and she said she will be going back for sure

Walked in from out of city, was super busy and they still fit me in! Owner really shows he cares for his store. Girls are so nice and service was amazing ! If I'm ever in town I will be going back ! 10/10

I came here with my Mom today to celebrate her birthday. The staff was so kind to accommodate us last minute even though they were busy, yet at no point did we feel rushed.From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome from the kind gentleman up in the front. Then Pam and the other lady who did our pedicures took us to a private room and provided us with the best pedicures we have ever had! Our nails were shaped perfectly and Pam even put some flowery designs on my Moms nails which were very pretty. They were both so kind and talented. We got paraffin pedicures and even received 10% off because we paid with cash. We were also offered drinks by the staff.My Mom and I have been to several spas here in Okotoks and even a few in Calgary but none have provide us with such exemplary service. We were so pleased and will most definitely be returning!!I’ve never felt so pampered so thank you Nails Time!!

i've been going to nails time for almost 10 years now and i have always been very impressed, but the last couple of visits i've noticed the business and service quality declining, however my pedicure that i just received definitely sealed the deal of me not coming back. i had a shellac pedicure... the whole thing start to finish was 20 minutes... and 5 of those minutes were me sitting waiting for the technician, i understand that they have to deal with other customers but the salon was pretty much empty?? i have very poor circulation in my legs so the massage part of the pedicure is so very important to me, on my recent visit, i barely got that. the lady used a scrub and a towel and then came over with the hot rocks... which i was burned with. the whole pedicure was rushed... especially considering that it was shellac opposed to regular polish. i wasn't satisfied with my colour and i was made to feel that i couldn't speak up as i was holding everyone up... even though i had to pay for this. very disappointed with the service and i unfortunately don't think i'll be coming back :(

THE BEST Nail Salon in Okotoks!!!Friendly staff that make you feel right at home every time you come in we’re always welcomed with smiles and offered drinks they have AMAZING techniques i always come in with a new trendy nail style the ladies always do it to PERFECTION!! And the pedicure massages are out of this world! There’s nothing they can’t do and there prices!! There so reasonable and they even have a stamp card that gets you $10 off when it’s filled ! 10 this is the only place my family will go there’s honestly no one like them I LOVE MY HAILEY BIEBER NAILS

I have been coming here for 5 years now. Jovy does my pedicures, she's a sweetheart and does a great job! I highly recommend this place.
