À éviter à tout prix!Sans aucun doute la pire expérience client de ma vie. Celui qui se présentait comme le patron/proprio était incapable de répondre aux questions de base. Il insistait pour charger un supplément de 300$ pour payer par carte de crédit et refusait un chèque ou un transferts interact (sur un achat de plus de 7000$). Il nous vendu un moteur sans avoir la console en stock. Il a forcer son mécanicien a jumstarter le moteur pour vérifier son fonctionnement ce qui n'a pas fonctionné et probablement brûlé une fusible. Il a ensuite comander la mauvaise console. Il a oublié de mettre le manuel d'instruction et les poignées de fixations dans la boîte (malgré notre demande spécifique à cet effet.) En bout de ligne le moteur ne fonctionnait pas.Nous avons dû sortir sur internet le circuit électrique du moteur et rebrancher un fils qui avait probablement été débranché dans la salle de montre (le moteur était exposé sans capot).Confronter à ce festival d'erreures (car j'en passe), la personne a blâmée tout le monde sauf lui (c'est la fille de Mercury qui m'a mal conseillée, c'est ma fille de comptabilité qui a décidée de prendre des vancances, ces mon mécanicien qui...) Il en a même rajouté une couche en insinuant que nous avions probablement causé nous même les problèmes et spécifiant: là tu me donneras pas de mauvais review...car je suis très rancunier! (il ignorait que je suis un ancien militaire, j'ai reçu des menaces de mort toute ma vie)J'ai par contre une petite pensée pour le reste du personnel que j'ai brièvement cotoyé qui semblait plus compétent et vouloir aider. Ils avaient une attitude bien plus conciliante. Visiblement inconfortables ils/elles doivent composer au quotidien avec une personne totallement inapte à la gestion de personnel et les resposabilités d'une entreprises. Je n'ose même pas imaginer le climat de travail toxique.

Stay away from this store unless you wish to get ripped off! Salespeople provide blatantly false information and merchandise is sold at prices more than 130% more expensive than can be found elsewhere.A few years ago, my husband bought two sets of snorkeling equipment at this store. Since it was a Christmas present, he specifically asked if he can bring it back if need be, and was told that he definitely could. Well, as it turns out, I decided to buy him exactly the same thing as a Christmas present. So, we ended up with four sets of snorkeling equipment for two people.However, when my husband went back to the store, they said that they could not give him a refund (even though it had been less than two weeks over Christmas and the packages were unopened) without charging him a 25% restocking fee. Seriously? What on earth is a restocking fee for? Replacing the item back on their shelves?!Their merchandise is not of any better quality than what you can find elsewhere for much cheaper AND their salespeople blatantly lie to your face and then refuse to refund your money. Rarely have I been more displeased by a customer service experience at a store.My best advice to anyone reading this would be to stay far, far away from this store! We learned that lesson the hard way.

Bought new 8 HP outboard motor from them and find out that was fill-up with over one litter of oil when the Yamaha manufacture clearly indicate 0.8 litter. This is same as you put 5 litter of oil in a car which have 4 litter oil capacity. The motor smokes out badly without apparent reason. Stefan

I had several occasions for dealing with AQUASERVICE and I have always found nice people, willing to help and with knowledge of their sector of business.At AQUASERVICE I bought two “G3” fishing boats (the first one has been stolen at the marina of Verdun…), equipped with 60 HP Yamaha outboards, GPS / Sonar, etc.I store the boat in their premises for winter and I have always found the boat ready for summer time in perfect conditions.I am very satisfied and I definitely recommend this enterprise.Marco Borgognoni

Exceptionally great customer service.Last week we bought in the store Yamaha 9.9 motor right from the display.When we turned it on a couple of hours later we have discovered hidden damage, that was literally hidden, and my husband noticed it by chance.Next day, when we brought the motor back to the store, we found that it was the last one of this specific model, so we were reimbursed.My sincere special thanks to Zoe. You are the Star of the place.
