The assistant manager John was amazing!! He treats his staff and customers with the utmost respect. He resolved our order issue within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location because of him.

bought a gazebo on Sunday arranged to have delivered on Tuesday call Tuesday afternoon and they said no Saturday. After talking to the manager had arranged for delevery on Thursday. Got app for tracking on Wednesday when I looked at it Thursday morning it said cancel. with out a call . Call Store again and they said delivery Saturday. . Don't trust them will not use again

Today I went to Lowes in Vaughan to get some soil for the front of my house. The person who I spoke with is Victor, he looks young but very much knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He also answered my questions with great solutions to what I was concern about. There was no lineup and no hassle when finding items.

Disgusting attitude and unprofessionalism by staff - ESPECIALLY management.Management made a mistake and put incorrect pricing for an item. Management would not honour the price AND ACTUALLY ENDED UP ACCUSING US OF MAKING A MAKE SHIFT SIGN TO FRAUD THE DEPARTMENT.The manager could not accept the fact that he messed up then started blaming everyone else .Manager is a terrible representation of Lowe’s with an immature and repulsive behaviour.Pathetic attitude for someone to be the head of the store and furthest thing from a leader - Lowe’s should definitely screen their management choices - not a good look.

Very helpful & friendly staff in this Vaughan location. We got the associate Reza assisting us to locate what the wall lights we were looking for and he also provided further suggestion & direction to get the proper light bulbs. When we were at the counter, another young associate Krystal helping out to check out. She was very polite and welcoming. Will definitely visit this location again.

Very upscale shopping experience. The store is very clean.Lowes sells lumber, but this is not a traditional lumber yard.Seasonal is well done.They even have a finance dept for home Reno through RBC.See you there.

Unacceptably slow curb side pickup service. Arrived during reserved time slot, filled the online form as per standard procedure and it took 1 hour until I received the items I purchased. It took a few phone calls (most of the time nobody picks up), a visit to the service desk, and a few more calls. I believe the employees forgot about my order. I would not blame anyone in particular but seems like there are major organization issues at this location. Would avoid and if picking up something generic, get it from other retailers nearby. Luckily there are many.
