Appointments only and everyone gets screened at the door. All the staff are very professional, and the equipment gets wiped down before use. Dr. Westley Bond is very thorough and makes sure to answer any questions after an eye exam. He also isn’t pushy about purchasing glasses there. A regular eye exam is $150 and includes dilating drops. Getting your PD measured to purchase glasses online is $45.

A disappointing experience. The doctor was great. I felt seen and heard, and had a thorough exam . What left me wanting is when I went in to pick up my glasses a week after my prescription was created, I was handed my glasses in a paper bag at the front desk . I asked the gal if I should try them on to make sure that they fit? She said, sure

I had an appointment with Dr.Ferguson for an eye exam and neuro eye exam for my post concussion symptoms. The test itself was very hard on me and difficult. Dr.Ferguson was professional, compassionate and super helpful. He took his time and was very informative. He made sure to tell me to let him know when and if I needed breaks and answered all my questions and concerns with empathy. I left crying with happiness that I found a doctor to help with my vision and balance problems. The whole team there was so understanding and helpful and I urge everyone who needs glasses or exams especially related to concussion to go to this place. Thank you Doctor Ferguson and the team there for being truly outstanding!!!

I got soap in my eye and the aching and pain the next day was a bit concerning so I called Dr. jot luck to ask if I should get looked. I left a message. One of the staff called me back and had some recommendations and made me feel better. She then said she would inform Dr.Motluck who then called me back after hours with some more advice. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my phone and caused the call to go to voicemail. Dr. Motluck left me some advice and offered to slot me in the next day if things didn’t get better. The service received here was very commendable. We were greeted promptly and warmly as we entered. The check in process was quick and seemless. Dr. Guitard was so pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and professional answering all the questions we had. The staff member that assisted with the frames was phenomenal. She worked through my husband's unique requests with unmatched patience, not once flinching or showing any sign of annoyance as he went through to find his perfect pair of glasses.Absolutely one of the best establishments I have ever been to.

We had an amazing experience at Stittsville Optometry.I took my kids for their first eye exams and Dr Danielle Guitard was fantastic. Really great making the kids feel comfortable and engaging then to make the entire experience very pleasant.My wife and I have our eye exams coming up as well. The selection of eye wear is also very decent, maybe not as big as a big chain but we scheduled an appointment for one of my kids in a week or two and based on what I saw there are plenty of good options!The good---------------* Entire staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly.* Great accessible location in the west end* Excellent updated equipment with latest technologies* On time appointmentsThe bad-------------* None!Bottom line------------------Excellent experience. Horrible customer service!They broke a pair of Ray Ban glasses we dropped off for a prescription change and did not offer to replace or pay for it.They do not care about their customers at all. Because they were very unprofessional and rude in handling this situation so we canceled our $900 order and took our business to Lens crafters where we got a better price and a guarantee that we won’t pick up the glasses we dropped off in pieces!

purchased lenses and frame. Lenses are supposed to be for reading and computer. But, first try the lenses were blurry, especially all around the outside. I could really only use the very centre of the lense. This is nothing like my current lenses that are the same type (purchase elsewhere). They re-checked my eyes and supposedly re-did them. Still the same. Told I would need to wear them for a while for my eyes to get used to it. I've never been told that before. Past glasses have always been great immediately. So, these new glasses are useless. I did not get their message when they were intially ready, then health issues, and the back and forth of trying to make them right, it took too long and they refused to do anything further. Also, the way the arms of the frame were adjusted it doesn't even go around my ears. Just not the best quality service for me. I just wanted my money back so I could go to my old place where I've never had any problems. But, now I'll have to wait 2 years. Sorry, just not a happy customer.

I can’t say enough about this clinic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They took my son in for an emergency appointment when he hurt his eye after three other clinics would not take him because he wasn’t their patient. 5 stars for Stittsville Optometry!

I have two children with amblyopia and this was an amazing office (I preferred it to pediatric ophthalmologists I had used in the past), however they now refuse to see my children because of the job action. I don't care so much for routine exams, but this has left us scrambling for proper eye care for children.
