Sam was an excellent instructor, my best yet! He is extremely knowledgeable and shared his lived experience as a firefighter, which was fascinating. You could tell he was passionate about the subject matter and helped us gain confidence using clear and simple guides and lots of creative practice situations, encouraging us along the way. He patiently answered all our questions and had us giggling at his dad jokes. Very grateful for the work he is doing to make the world a safer place. Thank you Sam!

I’ve been taking this course or equivalent for about 20 years. Jenna is the best instructor to date. She’s got great energy and gets the necessary information across in a clear and concise way.

I took OFA 1 with Jenna and she was a fantastic instructor. Usually I dread these courses for the monotony and dry material but Jenna made it fun and engaging. I hope when I re-certify that she teaches my course again!

Just took first aid with Brandy. Amazing class, well informed. I previously took first aid at another provider and left not feeling confident. I leave brandys class today feeling very positive that I can help someone in need of required. Thanks Brandy!
