Recently, I had knee replacement surgery , Jenny Lindsay was my PT. She was an integral member of the care team, which helped me to realize my potential mobility post surgery. She is professional, knowledgable, and approachable, setting clear weekly expectations. She pushed me to work hard, and thank goodness she did. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenny if you are looking for someone to partner in your healing.

I have been seeing Lindsay Haussler for several years for different issues relating to my connective tissue disorder. She is excellent at what she does, and the clinic is very professional. I'm also very grateful for the new location, which is much more accessible. Finally, they've been doing an excellent job with keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. The clinic is very clean and the therapists are all following protocols well.

The K-town Physiotherapy West is phenomenal. The Staff here are efficient, friendly, and interested in all of their patients. April has been exceptionally thoughtful and kind. I was initially very nervous and apprehensive. However, I soon became excited about attending my appointments as I always left feeling relaxed and happy.

I’ve been seeing Joel for an injury I had a few years ago and it’s been such a great experience working with him from start to finish. Joel is very experienced, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He listens to my concerns and considers all my needs when coming up with exercises and activities. Thanks Joel for helping me with my wrist - I never would have gotten it to where it is now without your help!!! I would recommend Joel to anyone!The staff is also great. Always friendly and welcoming. The receptionist and front desk always picks up my phone calls so I really appreciate that too! Facilities are clean and lots of parking around.

A fantastic place for physio! Friendly, smiling staff with expertise plus from the reception to the assistants and of course the therapists!

My son has developmental disabilities and from a young age, Lindsey has been our number one choice to offer him physio services. Very professional and she provides a fun and therapeutic environment, which Emmett enjoys. Thanks Linds!!

Initial physio assessment completed today for my 20 year old complex special needs son. Lindsay H was brilliant, thorough, understood his needs and limitations and challenged him to work harder. Clear concise directions and reasonable expectations. Friendly staff, clean airy clinic space. Easy peasy parking.Super glad to have picked Ktown west for next stage of my son's physio journey.

I had my first and last appointment in late October. The facility was spacious and well equipped. I was seen by Dan who appeared knowledgeable and kind. I thought this would be a great place to seek treatment however it was not. I will not be returning due to the staff not being trans friendly. I communicated clearly about my preferred name and correct pronouns. Both were ignored throughout the appointment and even met at one point with an eye roll. Was disheartened and disappointed.

I have been a client with K-Town Physio for several years. Sarah W was an incredible help while I waited (and waited) for surgery. She has continued to be an invaluable part of my recovery - assessing my progress each visit, easing any discomfort, providing lots of moral support, and always encouraging me with exercises and goals. Each and every person at K-Town is always professional and pleasant!

Great experience and results. Sarah was awesome. Very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Gave excellent guidance on when to push myself and when to hold off on activities. Very helpful when recovering from a back injury. I’m set up now to prevent further injuries, but that’s up to me. All the staff, from the front desk to the physio assistants were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended.
