Over priced and service is lacking. Some staff are helpful others rather sit on their phone. It depends on the day I guess.

Sylvester loves trying new treats and his adorable mouse-shaped puzzle feeder makes meal times more interesting and long-lasting!

The NHV Tripsy and Herbsmith Bladder Care supplements saved our 16 year old cat. Prior to starting these she was in and out of the vet for 18 months with bladder and kidney inflammation and repeat urinary tract infections every few months. After spending hundreds of dollars on vet visits, blood tests, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication things would seem better only to flare up again. She was getting very sick from the anti inflammatory meds, she wasn’t eating much and was losing weight and getting very lethargic. We thought her time was up. Within two weeks of starting these herbal supplements she completely turned around. It was like she was 5 years younger. Her appetite was back and she was jumping up on our counters and into our closet shelves again which she hadn’t done for at least two years. We were skeptical at first but the supplements were a lot cheaper than another visit to the vet and we thought why not give them a try. I would highly recommend giving these a try as they have been a life saver for our cat!

This is the best place in Regina to shop for your pets! They have everything you need from food to supplements to toys. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and so friendly.

I was so happy to discover that I could purchase my raw food - Artisan Raw - at Metro Pet Mart. Spending our summers in Saskatchewan is paradise but feeding my beloved dog was a problem. Metro Pet Market to the rescue! It was so simple to order and pay for the food on-line and with the help of some great friends picking up the food everything went seamless. Stingy approach to dealing with customers whose dogs have problems digesting their products. No return, exchange or even partial credit. Go spend your money at another pet store.
