Very fast and reliable service.He was able to quickly identify the problem with my computer, and helped research for an appropriate and compatible replacement part for me to purchase from Amazon.He then installed the replacement part without any issues and got my computer working again within a few days. Also offered helpful advice to maintain my computer in the future.Got a complimentary bottle of ice tea, which is nice.

Difficult to reach by phone. Finally got through to talk to someone and their phone disconnected as I was explaining the problem. They did not pick up after recalling. I drove there in person during business hours (according to google) but no one was stationed in the shop and it was locked. I also noticed that one of the signs says they still charge if they determine they can't fix your computer which seems suspicious to me.

Got my job done in time, but the price is way too expensive. I didn’t know what the issue was at first, then I was told it was a problem with my cables, so I went home then came back with the PCIE cords, after 40 minutes of waiting in my car for the job to be finished, I was charged $40 on top of the $35 starting fee. I feel like this was way to expensive for something I could of done myself I’m 30 minutes, just didn’t know the issue to begin with.

The person I spoke to here last charged me without completing the work and it turned out the main board was unrepairable anyway so I had to buy another comp on top of the what I gave them. That's a total fail.

This shop is inside of Empire Centre by the food court. The owner is often on site at the customers location (so the store is not opened and staffed according to their own posted hours). Best to call first or make an appointment. Free parking in the mall lot or garage. #letsguide

Best shop ever, had my laptop for check up and turned out no issue and they didn’t charge me. Very kind and considerate people. Will definitely recommend!

Had a problem with my macbook after doing an update. There was an error with missing OS and would not take a download from the internet or bootable drive. Tried to repair on my own for a few days with help from Apple Support to no avail. Brought it in around 6pm and was ready the next day at 10am. They restored it to an older OS, but I updated it once I got home. Mac working like new now and price was good! Would not hesitate to bring any of my computers in the future.

My friends laptop was soaked from water that we spilled and I called them last minute to see if they could fix it, they were super nice about it and stayed opened a bit longer for us to give the laptop. We were super panicked since the laptop contained a lot of important data. But the guys in the store were very nice and efficient! They fixed the laptop so quickly (less than a day) and everything was back to normal no damage at all!! The price was very reasonable too. Definitely if I brought the same problem to apple or best buy they would charge me an arm and a leg. I don't write reviews often but these guys are a hidden gem any computer problems definitely go to them!!!
