Worst experience possible had issues with hot water in my Park Model trailer called these guys up came over and gave quote on installing new hot water tank. Was quoted $800 to $1,000 for a 20 gallon tank. Came over and installed a new tank which took only 1 hour to install. Did not hesitate to charge me the full $1,000. Found out after the fact that he had installed a 10 gallon tank instead. Was very disappointed that he had never mentioned the size of the tank and was only mention after all the work was done. After he left I decided to check the job and found one of the pipes leaking and had water all over the floor of my trailer. Tried contacting him a numerous times but would not reply to my concerns. On top of that the tank that he decided to purchase on his own it's not a tank that I can drain. Paid cash no receipt and this is what I'm stuck with now. I do not recommend their service at all. I trusted him but now I'm $1,000 in the hole.

So thankful we met Paul this summer! My husband and I couldn’t have managed 5th wheel concerns without him. These guys are so knowledgeable and we feel so much more confident on opening up in the spring as they are just a call away if we have further issues!
