Discriminatory sales people. Went with the intention to try on and buy one of two watches. Saw one of the models in the display window outside. I went to door and the older Asian man barely opened the door asking what I wanted in a somewhat rude tone. Told him the exact models I was looking for and basically said they don't carry them and they can't help us even though one was on display a couple feet away.

I recently got engaged, and I have been shopping for wedding bands. I decided to step into montecristo metrotown, even though I wasn’t too sure about it. I could not be happier having gone there. Upon entering, I was greeted by a Asian sales lady by the name of Dorison. I am very please by her customer service. I had alot of questions, and she was very knowledgeable in answering them. I really appreciate her patience in showing me the different styles of rings and especially in explaining their custom made and hand craft wedding bands they could make for us in which I’m very impressed about, and looking forward in purchasing. I went to many jewelry stores in the past few weeks, and to my surprise, only Dorison followed up with me a few weeks after. This made me feel very important as a customer. No doubt, montecristo is where to go, and I highly recommend Dorison! Cheers

Haven't bought anything yet. But will be back for sure. Jewelry technician was super helpful in recommending watches. Full of knowledge and not just there to open up a glass case and show the watches. Luxury brands have stories and staff here knows how to tell it.

My wife and I recently visited the store at the Metrotown location and Dorison was there to assist us. My wife has purchased many pieces of fine jewelry from Dorison in the past and Dorison is always cheerful and great at finding what my wife is looking for. As Dorison was assisting us on this recent visit, I picked up the latest issue of the store's Montecristo magazine on the counter and I was trying to recall an article that I came across recently from another (older but recent) issue of the magazine so I decided to ask Dorison if she had it. Unfortunately, she said she didn’t have that issue in the store at the time, but much to my surprise, she went above and beyond and a couple of days later, informed me that she found me a copy of that magazine issue with the article I was looking for! With this kind of customer service, it’s no wonder my wife always goes back to Dorison for all of her fine jewelry needs.

I recently purchased my first Blancpain watch from Dorison at the Montecristo Metro Boutique. Dorison was amazing to work with! She curated a selection of beautiful watches for me to try on and treated me and my family like gold. The sales experience was very professional and She paid meticulous attention to detail with everything they did for me. She followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. In a world where business is often taken for granted and attention to detail is sometimes lost Dorison and the team at Montecristo went above and beyond to wow me and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a luxury timepiece.

The Montecristo Jewelers in Metrotown is a high-end jewelry store that carries many brands. I've known Dorision for years, since she worked at Oakridge mall, and now moved to Metrotown. She has been always enthusiastic to help me, no matter the price of item, and I always have a positive experience with her. I also recommend friend to her and feel the same way.
