FBC accounting services is working very well for me, my family and my business and I am very pleased with the excellent service I have received from FBC for many years now!! I would highly recommend FBC to anyone who has a business, I am often working out of town in remote workplaces and when I have questions about my Taxes I always get answers promptly. Prospective customers would do well to pay attention to the consistent trend of poor reviews outlining among many things, a lack in communication, failing to deliver on their promises, and providing a poor or substandard product when all's said and done.My situation was that I communicated a hard deadline over a month in advance to file what I was told were simple corporate and personal returns, with the statements prepared to be punched into their programs. I cut a five thousand dollar cheque no questions asked because I'd trusted the initial calls. After trying to run my.payment twice they stalled weeks before my emailing every other day gota response and in their schedule at the absolute last minute, on a weekend, days before a deadline communicated countless times. I'm still clawing for whatever service it was that I paid for because that deadline has come and gone and the two hours their accountant met me on a weekend was the last I've heard from them. I am not confident they understand what really matters to small businesses because ours would fail with these kinds of standards.Response from Company: Timeline omitting emails every other day from me asking for updates, they could only receive incorporation documents at the time of appointment (one, the Saturday before deadline), same documents weren't uploaded to phone app, and I'm paying below market average for returns. 50% done three months later but they tried calling 4x in two days. They set the precedent that twice that is needed for a response.

The more I learn about taxes, the less I realize I know and the more I appreciate FBC. Every year I am amazed at how they save me money. They truly go the extra mile to save you money and I have EASILY saved much more in taxes than the reasonable cost to hire them in the first place. Anytime I call with a tax question during the year they get back to me quickly, always same day. Huge shout out to Cody who patiently explains things, diligently goes through everything, and takes his time to make sure he has not missed any write offs or depreciations and that he has applied these write offs and depreciations in the best way to get maximum benefit. I fully recommend FBC!

Never again!! They will razzle and dazzle you with bold promises until you are signed and the money is in their hands and then good luck to you as you will be shuffled around from one person to the other, your responses will not be timely AT ALL and they will shirk all responsibility for your late returns and govt penalties. Keep reading the other reviews before considering working with this group, I sure wish I had have done so.

Very happy with the services I am receiving from FBC. Gary is able to answer all my questions in person or online. Michelle is fast and efficient with payroll.

Do NOT hire these people. Not only are they expensive, but once you sign the contract it will be impossible to get a response out of anyone. Anyone you do talk to will pass responsibility on to someone else. They will take your money and then take months to do the work. Also the taxes are done by tax consultants" NOT certified accountants. Take your business elsewhere."

We signed up at the beginning of this year and are very confident in FBC's tax services. Their staff works as a team and are great communicators. The quality of their work way outweighs the cost. (Shhh don't tell them I said that). I hate dealing with taxes but the FBC staff take the stress off.

We have been with FBC for multiple years now, and appreciate the service and follow up. We love having our bookkeeping, accounting and payroll with one team- as well as being managed by a firm that takes accountability (excuse the pun) for its work from both legal and reparative actions.

We are very happy with the service that we have received from FBC. Dave and the rest of the team do an excellent job of looking after our needs and have helped with great advice and saved us money.

Our Family has used FBC to do our Farm taxes for years. As the years go by, we have added our children's taxes as well. We enjoy our yearly visits with Gary Devine. When the matriarch of the family passed away, we were truly unprepared for tax season as she was the one that handled everything.
