Great location! Went looking for bathing suits a few weeks ago, haven’t bought one in years previously.Staff were very helpful helping me find something that made me feel comfortable and confident! Amazing sales, definitely will be returning!

They get paid to be rude with customers, it is true! How people in Halifax shopping center are nice and I enjoyed shopping there, in this location they are terrible! They make you feel really bad when you are shopping! I wish someone will see this review !

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Kathleen (Kat) for a second time . (Store 866).A few weeks ago , I was looking for lounge wear before I travelled , and I went into La Vie en Rose for the first time . I was fortunate enough to have Kat serve me -she went above and beyond in listening to what I needed and then finding me a wide variety of clothes - which I then bought .Today I was looking for a swimsuit and cover -up . La Vie en Rose was the first place I went - because of Kathleen . She once again was amazing - she listened and found many options , checked on me regularly and brought me more items . Once again , I bought a number of items , and left very happy .Kat’s dedication to her customers , her ability to listen and find what is needed , her encouraging attitude, and attention to detain , are very inspiring.Due to my two wonderful experiences in your store - down to Kat - I will be shopping there very frequently in the future !I commend her to you - she is a valuable employee- from a customer’s perspective- and I hope to be able to shop with her assistance many times in the future!

The staff is really what has me coming back! this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful, so sweet and always working hard!!! Ali & the manager helped me today, they asked questions, listened, made recommendations and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much again for sticking with me and for giving me such a great experience, I know how hard it can get sometimes working retail during the holidays (fellow retail worker) but let me tell ya, this staff is the best!!!

Aside from great customer service, I like the products itself. Highly recommended to all females out there. Come and get new stuffs here from undies, nighties, robes, swim wear and other clothing.

Had a horrible experience at this location. Went in looking for a new bra as my previous bra from la vie en rose is falling apart. Took about 15 minutes for anyone to ask me if I was looking for something, and when I finally did get help, it took 3 people to help me find something that could possibly help the issue I was experiencing. Once placed in a fitting room, no one followed up with me, even after they knew I was having a hard time with my bra and bra fit. My sister who was shopping with me even had to actively try and find someone (there were 5 people working) to ask if someone could help me find a size… and the person who helped her was visibly angry about it.. Just overall disappointed in this location.

I cannot thank this staff enough! Aside from the beautiful selection of bathing suits, I lost the stone out of my wedding ring while trying them on!!! I was so upset and everyone there was so thoughtful and helpful!! A few hours after returning home I got a call from the manager Alex, they had kept looking as they continued work and found it!! The consideration and care blew me away and they sounded as happy to have found it as I was! Forever thankful!!!

Love their stock and sales...but had a bad experience with one of their staff members who is very unfriendly and rude! Will come back for the sales, but will definitely avoid her!
