Privateers Harley-Davidson

My recent experience with Privateers Harley-Davidson left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I was on a trip from Quebec City to Halifax when my Harley Fatboy 2010 began having issues. I brought it to Privateers Harley-Davidson, trusting their expertise for a diagnosis, repair, routine maintenance, and MVI assessment.After identifying the problem as melted battery connectors, they assured me that the issue was resolved. However, upon starting my bike post-repair, I quickly realized the electrical system hadn't been thoroughly checked or fixed despite me paying nearly 300 dollars.The front signal light on the right side was constantly on, and the right rear turn signal was not functioning, even though a new bulb was installed. It's quite alarming that these issues were overlooked, especially when the repair involved a crucial part of the electrical system.Upon addressing my concerns, I received a dismissive response suggesting it was a minor bulb" issue. Standard Harley Davidson store with all the usual gear. Stopped here to pick up some souvenirs for a family member while in town. Staff members were really approachable, friendly, and helpful.

On our road trip out of Savannah to Mackinac City, MI., then to Prince Edward Island, we heard about Privateers. Since we planned to go see the tides on the Bay of Fundy, we had to visit. Nice store, helpful folks. If you're headed to Nova Scotia, make sure to stop in.

Great experience for 1st time purchase. Blair in the parts department was awesome. He was patient and offered suggestions for obsolete parts.
