La Saguenéenne - Hôtel et Centre de Congrès

Hotel and rooms are fine but we got 2 double beds for 6. Thankfully the kind staff was able to find 2 spare beds that they could roll in our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are clean and great

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel, rooms and overall place was very clean and neat, cozy and welcoming. We were pleased with the pool area, most of the time indoor pools are not nice and feel too closed in but this hotel did a great job of keeping the feel of the pool area as if it was on the exterior. We liked the tropical decoration and the wide windows let enough sunlight to pour inside. It was really great. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for one night, and the walls are so thin that it sounds like people in the other room or in the hallway are in your room. Didn't get any good sleep. The whole place can use some updating, especially at this price range. The elevator was also broken.

Outstanding value, friendly staff and great facilities. Only issue was the TV remote, but then again aren't all TV remotes in hotels an issue...? ;)

Could have been better. After 10 days of travel and horrible sleep already, we had to stay here due to some conference in town and everyone being booked. We stayed on the third floor, room was ok itself but very stingy on pillows, no laundry services, no water dispenser, no breakfast, no pool slide for smaller children and the only vending machine with water available (for my toddler) was on 4th floor and it stole 6$ from me still no water, which they did not refund. I could not sleep at all: if not for all the clattering noise from a drying machine everyone kept coming to use the ice machine, you could hear anybody taking the stairs or just walking on the upper level... there's too many things to improve for me to ever recommend my family or friends staying here. Better sound proofing might be a really good start. Overall disappointed and sad to have been here.

It's ok. An average hotel, but a bit pricey for what they offer. The elevator was not working when we arrived, we were told to go up the stairs. It was ok for us as we are young, although we had a lot of luggages. No offer was made to help us transport them upstairs. I hope such an offer would have been made if we had been older. The rooms was clean and the temperature was comfortable.

Nice staff, clean rooms and facilities, decent size pool with hot tubs and dry sauna. The gym does not have much to offer. Only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was quite good. They have large rooms for events too.

Very clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. All sorts of places close by. There is also a swimming poll and jacuzzi free to use for everyone. Free parking and WiFi too. The missing star is for no complimentary breakfast. If it's included it would be awesome.

Very expensive. No senior or corporative discount. The net says 109 not 150. Very disappointed on the restaurant. We are locals and come here for the delicious fish but they had none what is that about?our anniversary dinner was a bust because of that a good thing the waiter was very understanding and empathetic so I decided on chicken skewer but no fries what's that about Fry's came separately but the waiter did fight for me and I got my fries but no fish well won't be back there's not even a breakfast included with the price so steep

Very clean rooms and amenities! Rooms updated. A la carte restaurant and very friendly staff. I found a smoking, very clean room here, - on the first floor.; The room was having a sliding door facing the parking. I totally recommend this place to anyone in the area. The hotel is near many restaurants...The nearest Tim Horton's is 200 m walking distance.
