Very happy with our recent Purair experience. The owner was kind and professional over the phone, and prompt to return my calls. Joe came to do the work and was super friendly, professional and detailed with his work. It’s been a few weeks since it’s been done and we’ve noticed a big difference in air quality. We will be calling Purair again next time we need our furnace and ducts cleaned. Highly recommend their services!

We had Modern Purair Vernon come and clean our ducting and dryer vent. Joe phoned ahead to say exactly when to expect him, he came on time, was very professional and did an excellent job. Happy to say the house doesn't seem as dusty and our dryer, which kept overheating and shutting off, is now working properly.

Purair's service man was Joe and he did an incredibly thorough and meticulous job of cleaning the ducts in our old forced air furnace system. We wee really pleased with this service and the new technology of it as well.

Purair were easy to deal with. Apparently I could have saved $10.00 by booking On-line. My suggestion is to take the cost savings. The tech was friendly & on time on a holiday to boot! Everything went well except the cost. I had to average out the cost over 3 years to make myself feel better. Lol
