Coming here for the first time was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I left very happy with a perfectly comfortable and affordable pair of running shoes sold to me by an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful employee.

The staff member who attended to me was incredibly knowledgeable. He was accurate in his description of how each shoe I asked about fit, their strengths and limitations.Absolutely wonderful service. A great store for runners. You can't this type of service and insight at a sports check.

I went there today to buy shoes. I have extremely large, wide, oddly shaped feet. I tried numerous different shoes, but none of them fit properly. Jeff (I think) and his colleague Barry (I believe) were extremely helpful and were honest with me that the shoes I was trying on did not really fit me properly. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to admit that none of the shoes they had in stock were a good fit, rather than just trying to sell me something that would have led to issues down the road. These two gentlemen are absolutely an asset to this company, and really knew their stuff. I would recommend that anyone who wants good customer service come here, unless they have gigantic wide flipper feet like I do!

Over the past couple years I’ve been suffering knee issues when running. A friend of mine referred me here and I could not be more happy with their knowledge and professionalism. I just went for a run and my knees didn’t feel a thing. I haven’t had a run like this for years, and thanks to them I can run without the worries I experienced before. The guys here were kind, friendly and informative. Thanks guys!

A big fan of running room. And the new woman from Saskatchewan at this location was phenomenal. She is the best consultant that I’ve dealt with at running room. She was patient and precise and ultra helpful. She gave my wife some great advice that was different than she had received in the past.

service was very lacking - despite the fact they were so busy., I left feeling very unwanted to be honest. Which is a frustrating feeling, given I wanted / and was excited to spend money on some shoes.
