During the 2022 interest rate hikes, prices of homes dropping we were faced with a near impossible task of getting a loan with some personal major challenges due to unforseen circumstances. It seemed like everyone and everything was against our family situation at the time. We advised our Accountant of the situation and he recommended Carmelinda Occhipinti. He said she can get it done. This review is long overdue. I had the worst experience ever with these guys and I thought if a year passes by i will save them a negative review but the way they handled my file, I am still sore and wanted to share my experience with others on the one year anniversary of unfortunately working with them. Started off well with Kirk who presented himself well but pawned me off because it was a lower dollar amount to his wife Cshandi Bryan who was very lovely to talk too but didn't seem to grasp our file based on the questions asked and comments made (yes same person who has written a fake review below which makes me question authenticity of other glowing reviews).Very unprofessional and poor communication (I had to follow up multiple times ) and left me hanging until the day of closing.I can appreciate if unable to deliver for whatever reason but overpromising and undelivering is what left a bad taste in my mouth. I did give them a second chance to make things right but that fell flat as well. We got the job done with another broker.
