I had some trouble with this company. Two times I set meetings for them to come and provide me a quote. They did not arrive and did not follow up with me, so I moved on and hired another company. I initially wrote a very negative review, which prompted the JM Air to contact me. They really wanted to set the situation right. According to them, the rep never showing up was a result of a misunderstanding. They do seem to want to do right by their customers and I'm willing to accept that my experience was somewhat of a fluke.

Overall a great experience. I am very happy I chose Jmair for my ac/heat pump installation. Aristide, Ray, and Paulo came over and installed everything in an efficient and professional way. They were very receptive to questions and they took the time to explain things in a detailed and clear way. Overall 10/10 service.

I had two Gree thermopompes installed in two different apartments. The machines are working perfectly and the services were impeccable, starting with Tony the sales representative and ending with all the people implicated! I am still paying for them, the monthly equal payments and no interest were definitely a selling point for me!

Omar and Marc came, were very capable, professional and pleasant. With these two as company representatives, I shall be glad to continue to do business with JM AIR in the future. Bravo, JM Air!Also, Rim, with whom I had the telephone communications, was very, very pleasant and helpful.Paul M., who was the sales rep, was equally easy to deal with and a good representative of the company (except for his handwriting!!)Altogether, this company impressed me and I will deal with them in the future, when a need comes up, with pleasure.

Had a 23 KW electric boiler heating unit installed to replace a very old one and 3 weeks later installed an 18,000 BTU wall mounted A/C heating pump. I am very satisfied with both units, everything works as expected and installation is perfect. Maher + Pablo are experienced professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Very happy with JM Air products. Now I am all set for Hot summer days and cold winter ones. Highly recommend.

Paul came to us and did the evaluation, after 2 days I called him to ask a question and finalize the installation of the heat pump, sent him messages and called him many times, left him 2 voice messages...without having a chance to talk to him.With unknown number, he picked up after 1 sec.Don't trust them, when you buy a service you can't find them anymore!1 star is a lot even.

I had a Gree thermopump installed month of July this year. Air conditioning was working great until I started using the heating on the system. It worked fine at first and than completely stopped. I called several times regarding this matter. Finally sent a technician. Koceila did a thorough inspection made sure everything was working inside and out. He also explained how the problem could of occurred. Thanks to Koceila my heating is working again. He is very knowledgeable of their systems. He was also nice enough to give me a call the following day to check up. Thank you Koceila

JM AIR recently removed and replaced my entire heating system including removal of oil tank, oil furnace, oil water heater and 35 year old heat pump. The work was completed here in Sherbrooke within the planned time frame. The technicians were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Care was taken to cause a minimal amount of damage to the surrounding area. It is important to mention that the technicians used creative problem solving techniques to avoid damage to a ceiling.and wall. The new system is functioning well and is providing consistent warmth. Thank you JM AIR team.
