Worst management ever. Totally unprofessional and no team work.They don’t care about customers at all. It’s awful. I went to this branch just to get my information updated with Anjali Patel twice because they didn’t do it right when I went there first time.

Pathetic place... Line up all the time... nobody in the branch answers the Telephone., Not even at the reception. Sales associates are always there if you have to open the account but nobody is there for you when you need after service.... example of the worst bank i have ever been to

3 weeks to get to a financial advisor .... customer service reps are not trained even on basic saving accounts. wish i could give 0 star but cant.stay away,regards,

Most rediculas bank i ever seen. Visited this low service bank to open my wife account, I already have an account with RBC there customer service is better then this bank. Bank should train their staff. I am talking about bramlea city center bank. Disappointed to visit this branch.. never go to this branch/ bank
