Looking to have a snack at night?Try finding another place than this one. Customer service was pathetic. They need to teach them basic education on how customer relations holds importance in the food industry.I hope they stop shutting their windows on customer faces and have a basic etiquette of saying Thank you.

Been here a few times now, gets worse every time. Service is terrible, can’t even crack a smile or say thank you. This time I had the bacon and egger combo, the sandwich was bland, literally didn’t taste of anything (I do not have COVID), a broken up egg with two pieces of bacon and some cheese. Can’t go wrong with a hash brown but it was somehow undercooked, and to top it off the hot chocolate tastes like hot water with a slight dull taste of cheap chocolate. Will not be returning, total waste of money.

Love this location. We go daily for a latte and a chai tea. Barb, Peyton and three young men give us excellent service

Approximately 12 minute wait just to end up with no sausage on my Sausage N' Egger. No receipt given to contact the store directly so publicly it is. Worst experience I have had in a drive-thru. Staff were at least apologetic about the wait, but this was an absolutely terrible experience otherwise. With such a sour taste left in my mouth, I will make sure to avoid this location from now on.

Good service. The frozen root beer was amazing. I really like that they have sinks for hand washing at the drink station. All locations should have this. The only downside is having to ask the employee for a code to get into the washroom. And they don't have gluten free buns so my husband is only able to get a drink or fries here. Wish we could get the burgers. No one wants a lettuce bun. That is just weird

The manager and staff were so helpful my mother has a walker and was having low blood sugar and they took great care and were very fast to get her the food and drink this store should get a award for great costumer service

i stop for breakfast, and one the a&w staff brought my breakfast to me right to the table, i told them no rush,i know they were busy and I still get my breakfast at fair time,service its awesome,thank you.

I am not sure what has happened to this location for A&W but the laziness is telling. The fries and onion rings were not even cooked and we requested grilled onions as we have an allergy for raw onions in our home. simply disappointed in how much worse this location of a&w has gotten over the last few months
