BBQ Tank Express

In September 2018 I went looking for a propane supplier that would exchange 100 lb tanks at my trailer in Belwood ON. Due to mobility issues I could no longer lift them up and put them in the back of my truck to go fill them. I found Jason on line and called him. He advised they could do it and the price was very reasonable. He has been a gentleman since day 1 and the service is over the top. One time I ran out (my mistake) and he loaded up a tank and ran it to me in Belwood no extra charge on a Sunday afternoon. They continue to supply me at this date and have followed us to our new trailer in Grand Valley supplying propane for heat as well as our BBQ. I would never switch to another supplier as he provides a service that could not be matched. Everyone needs to give him a try and see what it is like to be looked after in this manner. Tank was delivered no problem. A little more expensive then doing it myself, but as I don't drive, it was worth the extra price to not have to lug a tank to/ from the gas station.

I have been dealing with BBQ Tank Express for many years now, from living at my townhouse in downtown Toronto to our new house in the suburbs, and Tank Express has yet to disappoint me. They are on time, they are friendly, some of the best customer service you can get. I plan to keep doing business with them for many more years to come. I don't get to leave a lot of positive reviews or I just don't leave reviews but they deserve all the good feedback.

BBQ Tank Express has been supplying my propane tanks for a couple of years now. It's a fabulous service ... no more lugging empty tanks to the gas station. It's easy to use and service is always performed as promised.

Same day delivery. Leave the old tank on the porch and it is replaced with a full one. Contact free. So much easier than having to do it at Home Depot or a gas station. Price is competitive. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend for anyone who BBQs! The service is especially helpful for me, as I don't have a car and propane tanks aren't easy to haul around. These folks make it easy. Once you place an order, they send a date for delivery (not a long wait, I placed my last order on Tuesday afternoon and received my new tank 2 days later). Prices are very reasonable as well, so even if you have the option to go somewhere to refill your tank, why go to all of that trouble? They're also really friendly, good people who work hard to make their customers happy.
