I used to love shopping here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and there was always someone available. Apparently they are under new management now and most of the original staff have left except for two ladies. It definitely shows. The whole energy of the store has changed. There are hardly any staff working and most of the new ones either don’t have much knowledge of the products or they just don’t want to assist customers. Definitely not the welcoming, friendly store it used to be.

I used to like shopping here but after the last few times I wont be returning. The staff follow everyone around the store with security and stand over you / stare at you while shopping. They act as if everyone is a criminal and they are selling gold in the worst ghetto. Does not feel like a health store AT ALL. Luckily, there are plenty of other health stores in the area that offer the same products while being welcoming and are thankful for their customers.

A nice bright, clean and well kept store. A good variety of supplements, beauty supplies and grocery items. Healthy Planet has the best prices in the area for the supplements that I take on a regular basis. The service is just okay, it would be nice if staff engaged more with customers on the floor. At the cash counter the staff is usually nice and polite.

We shop here pretty often. The lady at the cashier with the short pixie cut and purple highlights has a very cold demeanour and she was tapping her fingers as we tried to locate our card. Also, please try not to ask ONLY the people of colour if they need help WHEN LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE IN STORE and please do not follow us around either. It is discriminatory and disrespectful. Aside from all that the store is well stocked.

I have been going to this healthy planet sporadically over the last two years and I have to say that every time I go in there I am always met with great customer service. There is a lady there that is always incredibly helpful. She always takes time with me, I never feel rushed and even gives me possible alternates to the products I am looking for. She is the reason I am drinking coconut water every day and barely EVER get headaches anymore!I am not sure what her name is but she wears glasses, short hair and I see her in the weeknight evenings.Thank you for always making my experience there pleasant.

So new & shiny. Clean & bright. Prices & selection are phenomenal. Fantastic company to work for & the staff I work with are awesome. Everyone is so knowledgeable & the company brings in regular trainings from the supplement companies. Wonderful addition to Cambridge.
