Been banking with td for 18 years or so. I guess this girl didn't seeing someone make x3 her wages in a week so she said 14 day hold on my account. (Without a reason) Sure enough I go to my main branch not one cent got held.

This branch in particular never fails to amaze me with how useless a bank can be. I'm convinced they go out of their way to inconvenience you and try to help you as little as possible. Some woman I always see there who I assume is the manager is the most useless of the lot by far.

I went to get some cash changed in here but they wouldn't do it because they said I wasn't a customer of theirs. I said I was a customer because I have my auto loan through TD. They said it doesn't count. It's a pretty sad state of affairs when you cant get MONEY changed at a BANK.

Had an appointment booked. There’s no longer a greeter desk so no where to check in. There were no customers with the tellers and it took 10 minutes for someone to greet me because they were too busy loudly talking. Branch has a weird smell as well.

Currently, I have been waiting in line for over 15 minutes in this branch waiting for a single customer. Two tellers are attending to a single customer depositing 50 LBS worth of coins. I only need a printout of my bank statement. My question is, why are there 2 tellers needed for a single deposit.

Absolutely the worst bank out there ......if I could rate in the minus I would.....im closing all accounts and all products with this bank....you will not get business from me... I'm sure this bank will go under in the future
