I had a big list of items I was looking to buy and I wasn’t sure if I was a medium or large, not only did Chonetell help with my sizing but Jenn brought out amazing items for me to see and I ended up buying over $250! They are so helpful and honest if things just don’t look right on you! Side note, I bought a dress I was unsure of but they loved on me, in the end it turned out to be one of my favourite new items once I was home and tried it on! I highly recommend you go to these wonderful women! I’ll be back for sure and I know I’ll leave with some awesome style clothing! These two women are so personable and kind you honestly can’t go wrong coming here!

Great deals and selection of sizes at this location. Ask for Kaytlin if you need help. She was so nice and patient running around getting sizes and making a full effort to find me what I was looking for. Ask for a raise Kaytlin, you deserve it!

Great selection and sales section. Love that they have a range of sizes. The staff here are phenomenal. I lost my wallet last weekend and they called me to let me know. Really appreciate the amazing customer service.

I am so sad to be writing this review. I typically love La Vie en Rose for their products — quality clothes that are soft beyond belief, amazing pyjamas, etc. But the customer service in this store is abysmal. I forgot a necklace in a changeroom here and was promised by an employee that it was safe in the managers office, and now am being told that it’s just “gone”. It was such a long process trying to get ahold of the manager, even though she said she fully knew the situation. She was as professional as could be expected once I finally spoke with her, but I felt like I was walking her employees through basic customer service in the meantime. I barely got an apology from them, they had zero problem solving skills, and they had ridiculously bad vibes/manners. I was offered no compensation for the loss of a seriously sentimental/expensive piece of jewlery, and I was lied to by an employee who said she never found it in the first place. Either I’ll wait for the employees at this store to rotate out, or I’ll shop online at Aerie for the rest of my life, because I won’t be shopping at this location again just based on principle. It’s so disappointing.

I always go to la vie en rose and I have been going for years...the customer service is terrible and the rudeness I just cant believe. At this location. I went in today and I was told I have to sanitize my hands mean while I already did in my car. But the fact the hello was not in her vocabulary nor did she tell me what was going on in the store. Also dont appreciate her comments as I am on the other side of the wall. People do have ears. I usually would say something but she was not worth me getting upset over. Also others came in and they were spoken to nicely by the same person and not once did she tell them to sanitize... I must have come in at a bad time for her. Mind you I come to this location all the time and I live no where close to it. The young girl was polite to everyone. Thank god for that. As an older woman you'd think she would have better customer service.

Decent store. Clean bright hood selection…it’s a great place as long as you don’t need assistance cause they seemed annoyed when you ask and they to busy gabbing to each other to help

This location doesn’t hire plus size people even if you have 3+ years working retail and customer service.

I just want to say thank you to Jen the lady at the change rooms for helping me with different bra sizes . She was very helpful and quick when it came to my needs. She was constantly checking in on me asking me if I need any other sizes. I've been to other places where I had to stand around waiting for them to come back awkwardly for a size.. Jenn is awesome!

Needs time and several visits only then you will understand the prices and type you are looking for. All types of varieties of panties you can find. Less space with large quantities of items.
