My wife and I have worked with Jordan on 3 separate occasions with the first and second being our condo purchase and then 4 years later our condo sale in the Yonge and Finch area of Willowdale. Our initial purchase/sale went absolutely fantastic with Jordan helping to secure the condo at a reasonable price and then selling it for maximum profit when we outgrew the location. We knew that we needed to upgrade so my wife and I started to look out in Durham region where we fell in love with a home in Courtice, ON. Over the past 6 months we would see houses here and there with Jordan, even sometimes our requests were last minute, and he never made a fuss with changing his schedule to meet our demands. Covid19 made it difficult (in our experience) but through it all Jordan was able to provide fantastic feedback and knowledge on homes we had gone out to see. Jordan is fantastic!My husband and I were looking to buy a new home fairly quickly, as we had just sold ours in Toronto. We contacted Jordan and we were immediately impressed!
