I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Micheal Hill. Rohin and Soneet were so helpful and kind, they really provided the best customer service and made shopping there an enjoyable experience. Helping me pick out a number of gifts for such a great price.I definitely recommend getting your holiday shopping done there!

DO NOT SHOP HERE, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. We have dealt with this company many times over the last few years and the service has been great until recently. They have new management and In March 2021 my husband purchased a gold rope necklace valued at over $600. A few weeks later I noticed that there was a defect in the necklace, part of the rope was very thin in 1 spot. A few days later the necklace broke at that spot. Due to COVID, I was uncomfortable going to the store. When I finally went last week, imagine my surprise when I was told that the cost to repair would be almost $100. I am extremely disappointed with this and the manager essentially said tough luck.

Had the best service from Monique. She went above and beyond and made sure I got exactly what I needed, extremely knowledgeable on products and options available

Visited the store today with my husband looking for a Mothers Day gift. I found a few beautiful pieces, but fell in love with a ring. Sandra was so kind, and was more than willing to help us. We got an awesome deal, and left super happy. Sassy provided top not Customer Service, and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back!!!

Although the ring is beautiful, the customer service is far from that. I've tried to reach someone over the phone for the past 2 days to see if my ring is back from sizing. I finally get someone to speak with me and they tell me to hold on while they helped someone... that's alright but I waited for 20 min on the line before I hangup and tried calling back however i am still not able to speak to any staff because it just keeps ringing and nothing. I just want to know if my ring is back yet, why is it so hard to get a hold of anyone at this location????? it's insane.

All the staff including the manager in store are so awesome! They did a great job in helping us out with our purchase! I definitely recommend this store. We will shop here again for sure.

I had a very positive experience with extremely friendly staff.I went in on a Sunday everyone was busy but as soon as Sonja had a free moment she was right over to help apologizing for the wait.A very helpful lady willing to show the merchandise and answer questions.I had to wait until the following day to make my purchase and unfortunately Sonja was off but I did have the pleasure to have Monique help me make my purchase, another wonderful lady.Between the two ladies I had an awesome experience and would definitely return again and highly recommend both women.

Waited over half an hour to have someone acknowledge me just to pick up my online order. Poor customer service. They seem to want to only help someone that will make them a sale as I am assuming they make commission.
