I got stuck in this drivethru line 2.5 hours before they close because they didn’t have timbits. I sat there for 7 mins with no other way to exit. 4 other cars exited the drive thru behind me. If you’d like to be closed earlier than posted, then change it. Kind of a waste of a drive there for the store to have nothing but coffee to serve a while before closing.

Went this morning and yes there was a long line up, but damnnnn it took Forever!!!! I think that's the reoccurring theme at drive thrus in Milton.. SLOW

I used drive through and it took more than 15 mins to get a small coffee. I was rushing because I had to get to an appointment but I got delayed by 10 mins because of this service.I ordered small coffee and the person didn’t listen I guess, there was medium coffee on the screen. So I corrected and asked for small coffee. When I went to the payment window, he didn’t read out how much amount it was but he just charged. When I got two coffees i said I didn’t order two. It took a few mins for him to understand what I ordered. Then he said he is going to refund my money and scanned the card. I am checking now to realized he charged me the right amount plus he didn’t refund the wrong amount he charged earlier. It’s a hassle now to reach out to Tim Hortons customer care and get it fixed.Drive through is all about fast delivery and this place doesn’t meet that expectations. I understand if it’s busy and there are a lot of cars ahead of me but 15 mins in drive through when there were just 3 cars ahead of me is ridiculous. I wouldn’t go back here!

Customer service isn't good with the majority of workers. They serve piping hot beverages with no sleeve, they put choose donuts in a paper bag so it sticks to it, they don't give you tpir receipt and it's not a pleasant experience.

I’m so sorry but this location is really bad. If you go through the drive-thru it will take them a decade to serve orders. It could literally take them 30 minutes in the drive-thru to make an order and the stuff won’t even look that good. I don’t come to this location anymore the Tim Hortons at Circle K is way faster and better. Also the placement of the drive thru is super dangerous. There’s a crosswalk right in front of the drive-thru exit and when cars try to leave the drive-thru and turn left there are cars going super fast into the plaza because this locations entrance is right beside a busy road. Doesn’t really make sense to me.

Sunday 7th of may at 9:30pm, i ordered with my friends 3 coffees one of them decaf 2cream and one sweetener, the decaf we got cold and when i asked the lady there why its cold, she said the decaf coffee like that, i told her that mean the coffee not fresh should be within 20min, she said yes because the pot for decaf only one and offered me to warm it by microwave, i told her but the policy of tim Hortons should serve good quality not only coffee, then she told me you want wait and make a new coffee, i told her for sure i will waitUnfortunately her attitude was very rude and bad and no experience at all about customer service of Tim HortonsThe Display for food was very miss-upThe two stars i put only for two guys are mopped the floor yesterday because they working so hard

Ordered in the drive through, used the app to get the offer. They confirmed on the telecom. When it came time to pay. They said it wasn't eligible. Tim hortons. You aren't even low in price anymore and yet the service you provide is subpar. For this money, better to drive and eat in at a diner.

Very rude staff member at the cash register. I mistaken a quarter for a loonie and automatically this staff member turns very rude. I apologized for my mistake but they still had that smug, (I don't care) look. I don't know who the manager is but whoever it is, you should watch for things like this. I will be back at this location but I'm hoping that staff member is not the one that is serving me.

Not safe at all! There are no safe pedestrians cross walks to reach the store if you park in their lot! There is something wrong with the design and the place of the drive thru, parking lot, and entrance. I saw in my eyes a kid who was about to be hit by a car!
