First time I believe I every decided to write a review. Johnny Rockets December 10th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., located at Casino. I would not even give Johnny Rockets a single star it fails beyond belief. It was by far the worst food I ever had tasted at any restaurant establishment and I said tasted because I could not even eat what I ordered. 1st, my $15.99 Burger was not cooked, raw through out the beef. 2nd The burger was so greasy I didn't know If I was eating meat or drinking oil from a burger. 3rd Cheese Tots were cold and hard not cooked. 4th, the fries were cold and mixed with burnt fries. 5th, Our appetizers came after, yes that right, after getting the burger. 6th. Waited about 5 minutes aftering sitting to be acknowledged and it was not that busy. 7th. Our burger came within minutes of ordering it, and that speaks volumes. 8th, Ordered sprite and got what tasted like carbinated water just to order gingerale, why management failed to check the level of sprite. 9th, my guest ate a veggie burger which tasted like bacon and hence cross contamination at it's worst. For a $62.00 meal and a tip of $10.00 on top, the only thing good about my experience was leaving the tip and leaving the place to go straight to the bathroom. The food was so disgusting that my stomach became upset, left 3/4 of the burger, the fries and the cheese tots. I will never eat at that specific establishment in the Casino ever again. Over all it receives an F" on food basics but our server was a "B". Disregard the 1 'star'

No wait time.Pro.Food was quick.Tasted great.Server was professional and friendly.Average price.Cons.The Philly Cheese steak was dry.The men's bathroom looked like it was in a 80s horror movie. Paper all over, horrible paint job, lights out. Could use a little TLC.

I can't speak of the food, we didn't get that far.I can however speak to the fact that we were the only people waiting to be seated and, after standing there for over 10 minutes, ended up walking away.There were empty tables and the staff did see us (I made eye contact) and yet we were ignored. The staff were not even taking care of the people who were seated. They were standing around the kitchen, chatting, we could see them!!Sadly, we will never attempt to eat here again.

Milkshakes were good. Burger was mediocre at best and prices weren't awesome either. Was going to check out their breakfast while i was there but it doesn't open till 9am for breakfast... Awful hrs especially with all the older people hitting the casino early

Food was delicious. Our waiter Jared was the best EVER!!! He went above and beyond and loves his job. It was busy in there but the wait wasn’t very long. Food came quickly and the veg burger was one of the better ones I’ve tried. Will eat here again our next time down.

So we made it 20 minutes just to be served and then somebody came in right after us and got served their food and everything right away as we were still waiting ask for a burger and wanted a double wanted to chicken and a beef instead of she beef. Was told that she was going to give me two beef at a chicken and I said well no. I don't want that because that's added extra money and you will substitute the beef for the chicken regardless zero price got approaching along with my order and it tasted like gravy brain out of a can. It was absolutely disgusting. Probably won't go back there again

We wanted to enjoy this place but it was below 1 star. The short haired older woman did not want to be there at all. It was around 10am on Feb 11th 2023. No smile , no hello. When I said thank you for seating us she said mhm". The eggs were the worse. They dont use milk or butter while cooking them. It was just a fried hard scrambled egg. The table next to us had their order come out wrong 2x. Even the server was frustrated. Would not return here."

It looks like it could use an upgrade and keep it like a 50s diner. The burger was ok and the fries could be more crispy. I should have asked the server if the jukeboxes on the tables worked. That would have been pretty neat. The shake I had could use more peanut butter and it wasn't as cold as I would have liked it to be. Overall it was ok.

Went to buy dinner for my family - cashier didn’t know anything about the menu, manager just stood there watching didn’t help or even speak despite being a foot away. They inputted my order wrong and despite me asking about it they said don’t worry we will have it right despite it being wrong in the system.Fast forward - to no one’s surprise the order was wrong. Went back to my hotel room to eat the food and when eating my burger there was wax paper under the lettuce. Disgusted, I just threw out the burger.If that wasn’t enough my son got food poisoning and was hugging the toile within 20 minutes of eating the food.I will not be returning to this establishment again and to be honest it doesn’t meet the Caesar’s standards and I’m surprised they haven’t intervened given hat seems to be the experience of many when I read the other reviews

I was visiting from England and I came here with my partner while exploring the casino. It looks great, but unfortunately we were served by 3 different people. The first hadn't taken the order correctly, the second brought our sides but no drinks, the 3rd served the burgers and then got us drinks after so it was all in a strange order but they were all very kind.
