Club Pilates

I ❤️ Club Pilates. After every class, I feel so healthy, energetic, jovial, and I have more balance than I ever had.The studio is bright and clean with top grade equipment and 5 star instructors. The instructors have an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable, and always keeping it light and fun. Its a wonderful community to be part of!

Classes and instructors are great, but the “policies” and access to classes are not so great. As other reviews mention, it can be near impossible to get into a class. It wouldn’t be so bad being on a waitlist but the company 1) won’t let you roll over credits - so if you can’t get into a class when you’re available, too bad; also they use up one of your credits when you get on a waitlist so you basically have to lose a credit without the certainty of getting in a class.

Club Pilates classes are extremely difficult to get into during peak times (ie. after work, 5-7pm). I’m a new member since Feb 27/22 and have only been able to book and get into 2 classes since signing up. I have been on wait lists for multiple classes and not been able to get in to them. This is an expensive membership ($200 a month for 8 classes a month). To not even have the opportunity to attend my 8 classes this month due to limited classes available in the evenings is SO frustrating. I have cancelled my membership and now I was told to pay $100 for a cancellation fee!!!! Not good business practices at all.
