You're better taking the extra time to go to laval. Cash or credit at the door, with food (pop corn + drinks), your out close 90$. The arcade is 80% out of order or broken. The games (arcade) are as old as 20 years. The image quality was equivalent to watching a 720p image. Lights hanging out dangling by what look to be the power cables. The screen had visible damage and looked as though they've patched it with packing tapeTo be honest, if you were to be critical of something, it's the movie theater pedaling the idea that a movie is better watched at theater. With a trip to Walmart you get a better image and can even buy the equipment to get an equivalent sound stage and watching 1 move every weekend for a family of 4 you get your money back within the year...It's sad to see a cinema in such disrepair.

The theatre itself is your standard megaplex, however there is one feature that stands out. They have an unadvertised Museum of Out-of-Order Arcade Machines with is truly impressive. There must be around 25 arcade machines and over half of them are not functional. They must be very proud of this collection since so much floor space is devoted to this underground business venture. I say it must be a museum, because the machines have been broken for years so I guess it's a permanent exhibit. I've never seen another megaplex with such passion for broken arcade machines. In the same building as the museum, there are 15 theatres showing recent movies in English and French, seats to watch those movies, a very fun slide for the kids and lukewarm popcorn.

The game machines inside play only with coins. that is, not with a credit card or any other card. Worst of all, the coin machine doesn't work well either. game machines are old and in bad condition. many are out of use. Some even have cables outside. children's playground through the darkness. there is no light. There is no age limit for bumper cars. A 3-year-old can enter with his/her parents, which is bad. The game machines work with 1 coin and 1 coin is 1 dollar. I think it's expensive. the employees are friendly, hardworking, they all speak English and speak without hesitation, which is very good. Overall bad, I didn't like it much.

Movie was super good. I bought a 5$ pretzel and they gave me a wet and cold one. There wasn’t any english versions i was told that it was in english which is a total lie. Arcades were mostly out of use so my kids couldn’t play while we waited. The toilets stink and they can’t even close the toilet doors. Dryer works at half. The workers doesn’t even care about the customers, and the rooms weren’t even properly cleaned. This cinema has potential it’s a big space, but it looks like a neglected space really.

The sound quality was awful in our theatre. It took me maybe 20 minutes to get used to it. Also the door to the room was never shut so we could hear the music in the hall and people screaming. This was for Wakanda Forever in English, room 14. The staff who served us popcorn were good. Fix that audio!

Awesome location, but needs some MAJOR tlc….tons of missing armrest cushions in the theatres, sometimes 4-5 seats in a row with none at all, 1/2 the arcade games are out of order. Feels verrrrry rundown. Very slow to get tickets, one cashier.

I think this place is okay. I want to support local businesses in general. Last time I was there there was an issue with the screen that was a little annoying but it's the only local theater so not much other choice. I wish there were more English options. I get wanting to see a movie in french but I prefer seeing a movie in its original language.Otherwise most other stuff is okay (food is expensive but you get that problem with every theater chain - staff is friendly enough etc ) and I do appreciate that guzzos owner replies to reviews.I can't comment on the arcade machines as I've never used them

Arcades are out of order, but all illuminated to keep customer getting special coins from a machine. Off course the coin machine is not saying the arcades are broken. And the coins are not refundable. It is against all consumer laws.

We were in theater 5 for dungeons and dragons. There were a bunch of scratches on the top middle of the screen and this tranparent filmy white rectangle would appear sometimes on the bottom center of the screen. You buy $27 for 2 movie tickets and you can't even watch the movie without having a decent movie screen. Guzzo has the worst theaters. I once went to another of their theaters were there was no heating jn the middle of winter. We frost the entire time for full price. Im really starting to hate Guzzo. They dont take debit, their atm is useless, their truffle popcorn tasted like nothing. Their toilets were cleaned by a ten year old who never had to clean a bathroom before. The theater was dirty. There is literally nothing good about it. Save your money, its not worth it. They dont care about their customers and it shows.

The cinema, seems very old, most of the space is occupied by broken arcade machines and their is absolutely no lighting ( but that's understandable since this is a cinema). Got myself a small slush and a small popcorn, gave the cashier 20 dollars and she didn't even give me back my change? I'm pretty sure that 2 items shouldn't result to that much money. The room we were in was pretty decent, screen quality was good and the sound wasn't too loud if compared to other movie theatres. Overall, you get what you pay for, since the tickets are quite cheap
