My husband went in to purchase diablo 4 on June 17 2023. He got to the store a few mins after it opened then was told by an employee who was “not yet clocked in” that the manager was in the back and there was nobody available to help him for TWENTY MINUTES and asked him to wait. Needless to say he said no and asked for someone to help him since the business was already open and someone should be available to help him. The manager came out - looked for the game - and then informed him they were out of stock. IMAGINE if he had waited the 20 minutes to then just be told they don’t have it. Why are the business doors open if the business is not ready to operate and why would the business not be ready to operate at its advertised opening time? My husband left and spent his $100 elsewhere on the game and said he’d never go back because of the experience. Im not sure what type of management this is but it doesn’t seem very well managed if you ask me. Go to literally any other location - shocked this one of all locations of game stop has stayed open lol

Went in looking for a Nintendo Pro Controller, gentleman went looking for one as there was some “in stock” but not out on the shelves. Some new guests came in and he stopped looking for my item to help and cash them out (over 15 min) I couldn’t wait any longer as I had an Uber waiting and was hoping it would be a fast transaction. In my opinion he should’ve politely told the new guests he was already helping me out. Instead I left feeling forgotten about. Not coming back.

Honestly, I love this Gamestop. The employees are so friendly and informative. It's a super relaxing place to go to and browse. Have bought many collectibles, presents and games here. Recommend to anyone. I'm super excited to collect Totk tomorrow and for the inevitable buzz surrounding the release!

Great selection of Funko Pop Collectables. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will continue to come back to this store.

Really slow people and no respect to customers.Was waiting more than 15 min in line. And had to find everything by ourselves because worker said he didn’t have what we asked but we found it!

Some of the staff here are ubviously on a power trip and concoct bizarre rules as it suits them. I was so frustrated with this location I just ended up buying everything I needed from Walmart instead. This location used to be the best around, but now it's pretty terrible and the staff that aren't strutting about seem very miserable, which speaks volumes about the quality of the working environment.

the customer service from this location was rather unpleasant. the lady that worked there talked down to my boyfriend and I like we were stupid while we were lining up, and then proceeded to help the people behind us in line.one of the other workers felt so bad for us he stopped and said to us “so sorry about that” and then opened up another till for us. It would have been a 1 star review if it wasn’t for him.

There is a great selection with lots of product to choose from. Regardless, it is always messy every time we come in.Also, the service could do some work. The younger staff offer decent service, but this older lady with braids seems to be grumpy every time we walk in and ignores us when we try to talk to them. They know what their doing, but hopefully their attitude changes.

If you're looking for a PS5, this location has some available. There, I was able to purchase a PS5. The customer service is currently excellent, and they help you well.I will give it a 5 star.
