Please do not visit this branch. It is always issues. Read all the reviews. Unfortunately it is always bad customer service and issues in many things.It is the closest to my house so I need to use it sometimes but I try to avoid as much as possible

Extremely pleased with the customer service provided to me by this branch. One staff member in particular Jordan" went above and beyond his necessary duties to assist me with an issue. He really had no obligation to do so. I'm very gratefull to Jordan and all staff at this particular BMO Branch. Which is why I completely switched Banks. I have been with BMO with years. Have several accounts. But honestly, the Branch in Barrie (#2612) is the worst by far. It seems that no one wants to help. It seems that you walk in the bank, and everyone is upset because they have to work. I'm highly recommending not to go to this branch at 44 Mapleview Dr W, BarrieI hope this helps clients not to have a difficult moment by banking on this Branch

Nice and friendly staff, however they're not very equipped to do their job. I was told from call center to come in and activate a service and they had no clue on how to help me out. They had two tellers open and a huge line up. They seem to be very understaffed. I was told to come back when they're less busy.

Everyone at this branch is super nice and does their best to help! The reason for the 3 star rating is because every time I come in and require a teller’s assistance, the wait time is AWFUL.

Not happy with money going missing out of corporate business account. Loyalty is everything, this needs to stop. I surpassed my competitors by being the honest business. Businesses that aren’t loyal don’t last. I want this problem fixed asap.

This has to be the slowest bank I have ever been to. The tellers are so slow and will chit chat all day if you let them.Fast forward to today March 20 2023 and still slow as ever two chit chat Betty's taking there sweet time. Waited 30min and one person was ahead of me. By far a useless branch

I have to say the tellers have always been friendly and polite, though I was disappointed when I was unable to open an account for my son. I was told the staff in the services section were busy and the branch manager was leaving, that I should book an appointment. Having done banking at the main branch at King and Bay in Toronto, I feel I would not have left the branch (downtown) dissapointed and without an account for my son. I am in wrong to expect a uniform level of service from all branches?
