I would give this place a ZERO STAR if I could. Rude on the phone and on Facebook. In person it’s even worse. When you get to the store they look at you like your lost and don’t even properly greet you. They made us wait extremely long when we were ready to check out because the manager was ‘in the washroom’. We wait almost 25 minutes just to pay cash!!!!! Yet there were 2-3 others in the showroom who couldn’t take a simple cash payment. She also insisted that we pay by card when I specifically said we brought cash. I explained to them that we had to go and she kept saying to wait for the manager and that she was trying to make an invoice for us. She made phone calls and ran back and forth from the showroom to the back until the ‘Manager’ FINALLY came out.We told him we were paying cash and he insisted again that we pay by card. He reasoning was that there was no change yet when he opened the register there was clearly change that I pointed out. I had a $100 bill and only needed $15 change back for the $85 purchase. He couldn’t even do the math or oull out a calculator for it atleast.Also, do NOT go here if you are looking to bargain. They do NOT care. If you want a good deal and bargaining opportunities go to one of the furniture shops. They are all WAY more professional then this place.

Service was great! Store has some very good deal(got a stylish desk for 75 bucks taxes in, which is amazing) Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back in the future for a cat tree :) thanks again!!

I just bought a stationary bike from sk Depot, it's in excellent condition and is very responsibly priced, I will buy more stuff from them next time.
