No customer service.I bought a hair straightener that didn't work well. It never reached enough temperature to straight hair.My argumentation was totally ignored by the store staff.I will never buy anything there.

Been visiting this store for couple years. Quality and price of the products are great. The staff has been amazing. If things dont work out they take it back within 30days of purchase and also provide store credit!

I always get the best deal from Mike at this store. I have revamped my backyard completely with their style. Mike is so nice that one I had hypoglycemy at the store and he gave me pizza. An act of kindness like that goes a long way!

The staff were so helpful! I loved the fact that I came to the store and was treated with kindness and I was helped the entire time making sure I was getting the best support I needed. Online I saw a bunch of stuff I wanted from the sponsored fb ad but when I went there, none of it was there! The store was dark inside and overcrowded. I had to squeeze myself down the rows. There was basically no furniture, and I couldn’t even see all the vacuum options that they supposedly had online. The only reason why it’s two stars is because the prices looked decent.

Found what I thought was a great deal on a return at liquidation world, bring it to the counter only for the rep to tell me that the price is not the price and that he would have to charge me 20% off the online retail price of what is obviously used merch. Not only is that dishonest, it's against the law. Be wary.
