These guys do amazing work.. I’ve used them more than once for different reasons and I don’t think I would ever use anyone else.. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Debbie in the office and the guys that come out really know what they are doing. True professionals who always provide great service. And the prices are very reasonable for the quality work they provide. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a plumber!

These great guys were not the first company we called to waterproof our basement, but after we fired the other company on day 3 with little progress and quite a bit of property damage. We contacted central drain to help us out from that poor decision we made. They came when they said, did the job as described safely and with professionalism, all during the hottest week 30+. I would highly recommend Central Drain to do the work you might have. Mark and Ted are great people to have working at your house and at a reasonable price. The team from Central Drain was amazing! They came asap, unclogged my kitchen sink that we were unable to snake ourselves. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Bonus: Didnt make a mess! Extra Bonus: They are very reasonably priced! I recommend them!

The team at Central Drain were amazing at helping us determine the source of a leak in our basement and coming up with a solution to get it repaired quickly and affordably. The team who did the work was so polite and courteous, they kept everything neat and clean. We are so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My basement drain was found to have a collapsed pipe by my usual plumber and he advised me that the trap would need to be replaced. I thought the quotation for that service seemed really high so contacted Central Drains - their quote was about 50% of that quote. Their plumbers came one week later, completed the job in about 4 hours, were on time and were totally professional at al times. Very personable and answered all questions that I had.Very satisfied with the completion of this project and would certainly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

I had a sewer gas leak from a rotted toilet seal, and was able to get Central Drain Service in to fix it same day. They were courteous, quick, clean, and reasonably priced. I would call them again for any other emergency plumbing.

North Oshawa. Flushed 4 drains that connect to the city catch basin. These drains collect seepage of underground springs from the adjoining properties. Two drains had heavy iron deposits and compacted with roots. Pulled out 20 foot coil of cedar roots! Father son team worked non stop. Better than expected. Less expensive than Mr. Rooter (saved me $200.) Highly recommend.

My storm drain in my drive way wasn't draining. Central Drain came up with a plan to fix it, from management to customer service (Debbie) and to the workers ( Ryan, Tristan and Lonny), everyone was great to work with, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable. If I had any questions, they did not have any problems answering. They got back to me right away, they were on time and the quality of work was excellent! I would highly recommend Central Drain and they would definitely be my first call if I have any drain issues!

Soooo . . . if I could give more than 5 stars I would.2nd time we have used this company - the first time was to repair/replace a leaky kitchen faucet; today was to take care of 2 toilets that were not working properly.From Debbie answering the phone to Josh and Ryan making the repairs (in both instances) they have been great!I am not a handyman - Debbie guided me through the process; provided estimates (in both cases the final bill was under) and was overall, terrific.Josh and Ryan were very professional and thorough.Great feeling to have these guys in our corner.Thank you Debbie, Ryan and Josh - and the rest of the team at Central Drain.

We had a blocked kitchen sink that we couldn’t fix ourselves. We ended up hiring a plumbing company that came in and were unable to snake the pipes: they were saying that our only hope was to cut open the ceiling in our finished basement and replace the pipe! Yikes!! I was obviously uneasy about this and decided to get a second opinion: hence my call to Central Drain.My apprehension about an apprentice coming on-site was quickly dispelled by Ryan, who was confident and professional in his approach. I watched him work and there was no comparison with the other company both in equipment and process. In less than an hour, Ryan was done, the pipe was unblocked and he had cleaned up. Super impressed with his attention to detail! Just wish I had called Central Drain FIRST!!!!
