Very professional staff. Thorough with answering questions and providing information. Dr. Monica Faltyn was great and took her time conducting assessments even though my dog is relatively healthy.

This clinic took great care of my cat Byron, I could not be happier with their service. They worked with me when I had a family emergency and they have all been so kind. Dr. Faltyn was so thorough in her examination of my boy and her phone call was so informative.I highly recommend this clinic, they are incredibly prompt and they genuinely care for the animals they see. I’m so thankful for Blue Cross. Fidel is great. Monica is my usual practitioner and she is amazing. Completely dedicated to her profession and cares deeply for the animals. She explains in detail any issue and provides options as well as recommendations for action. She has gone out of her way for emergencies and I very much appreciate the level of service I receive here.The staff are firm as they are very busy but very good - I always get a check in call for my dog after a visit.I live in North Van but find it easier and faster to jump over the second narrows than to fight towards west van for some other choices that used to make sense before traffic here went crazy.

I have been using Blue Cross Pet Hospital exclusively for the past 15 years, and they have been consistently friendly, professional and always responsive. Staff are great at explaining the situation and options, and prices are reasonable.

Love this place. The staff are incredible, and the care is, without a doubt, some of the best medical care I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve had numerous pro-bono calls in which they’ve given me excellent advice on how to best care for my sweet cats. They’re kind and gentle to the pets, and they’re always proactive regarding education of owners as being the best and most important intervention for the health of our small ones.Prices are great - and I say that because people complain about high vet costs but don’t realize that a) you’re paying for private medical and b) the staff don’t make even close to the amount that you’re paying on the bill.Thanks to Blue Cross for amazing service & care! Will continue to take my cats here for all of their health needs ☺️

Our dog is extremely nervous at the Vet and the staff at Blue Cross were excellent with him. They were patient, and clearly well versed in fear-free practices. Highly recommend for 'special' dogs.
