Edmonton Basement Development

New Castle developed our basement. The owner and his sub-contractors were friendly and professional. They addressed any concerns we had during the process and we are very pleased with the final result. We would use New Castle again.

We hired Newcastle to develop our unfinished basement in the spring of 2020. From our first meeting, we were very impressed with Trevor. He was the only contractor we contacted who worked within our budget, helped us create a layout for our space, and created a floor-plan using our exact measurements as part of his quote. He was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process and each sub-contractor he hired was professional and thorough in their work. We are delighted with how our space turned out and have hired Newcastle Designs to do additional work on other areas of our home. We highly recommend Newcastle Designs and cannot thank them enough for the work they have done on our basement development.

We recently engaged Trevor and Newcastle to complete our basement renovation. I met with several contractors and eventually picked Trevor because he was very responsive and most importantly for me flexible. I have a few good friends in the trades and Trevor was willing to allow them to supply flooring and the electrical work. This flexibility and adaptability was great throughout the project. Trevor’s contractors were very friendly and completed the tasks to the professional standard I was looking for.If you are looking for a good, dependable contractor who will work with you fairly on your project I would suggest Trevor and his team. I am very happy with the outcome and while there was the odd delay, Trevor kept us informed on all of the details.

Well... he cancelled the first time I called.... then the second time he couldn’t find my address after an hour of our set appointment, then when I called him for directions, he got pissed cuz I’ve only been in here for a month and I gave him the wrong directions... I get it, it’s frustrating but when you hang up on me in anger and tell me that u can’t do me cuz I can’t give u the address, that’s not business smart... I will invest my $22 000 in someone who is serious!

We had Trevor and his team finish our basement with built in TV centre, wet bar, bedroom, storage room and bathroom. Trevor is great to work with and is a very kind, respectful and reasonable contractor. Pricing is very reasonable. He was flexible with changes that were made by us and up front when there were any potential additional costs. I would use Trevor again on any other projects I may have in the future.

Trevor and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. Trevor did a great job of communicating every detail related to the project. They always held a high standard of professionalism and were great to work with. We couldn't be happier with the work they did on our basement.

My parents remodeled their bathroom. Everything was done quickly and professionally, the before and after is amazing. They will be remodeling the basement bathroom too. Will reccomend!
