Tuesday May 3rd, 2022 @4pm (2nd day of Eid-al-fitr)This review is about the experience we had when Leo visited us to fix the problem.Léo (from the Philippines) called and politely informed us that he could come and fix our Samsung stove’s display problem. After a power surge the week before, the display circuit had had a short circuit somewhere and it was somewhat wonky.Leo arrived on time and was very polite courteous and respectful of the fact that we ask shoes to be taken off outside or covers out on if the shoes cannot be taken off due to safety reasons.As you can see in the pictures, Leo took no time in moving the cooking range, unplugging it, removing the back cover, removing the faulty components and installing the replacement board and display.He took the time to give some advice such as using the cooktop as per the size of the pot/pan so as to not lose heat.Kudos to the level of service provided by Leo.

We recently had our OTR kitchen-aid microwave repaired by electro-experts and were very pleased with their service. The capacitor had blown and we saved a lot of money by having it repaired versus having to purchase a new one.

As a client we expect the company to have the qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the client, while this company has all the qualifications- Customer service is their biggest asset. They keep us up dated with our situation and corrected it, quickly.We are grateful for this and we will keep doing business with this Company.

Had an issue with our ice maker and dishwasher. Scheduling was easy, service was punctual and very professional. We were still having issues with both and the same tech came back several times until he was satisfied. He told me if you call me tonight it's because something is still wrong. Sure enough I called him and he continued the service call so I didn't have to call the office. Honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else. We couldn't be happier with the service. Sometimes you get a lemon, and when you do, you want these people to help you out.

Terrible service.... I bought a smart monitor Samsung M5. It seems it had a problem with the bluetooth so, I contacted Samsung and they asked me to bring it to Electro-Experts. Since I arrived to the store the person on the front desk had an attitude but I let it passed. I left my Monitor Feb 2. They were supposed to call me in 2 - 3 weeks... well a month after I called them. The waiting time for the costumer service takes forever ( over 30 min) but that is not the worst part... the worst is that when they pick up the phone the costumer service send your call to someone else... then to someone else... saying in an hostile manner that you didnt call the right number...Fianlly, when someone is able to give you more information ... the person told me he didnt know where the monitor was.. it was marked as ON TRANSIT. He said I will check and called you tomorrow"... of course... they never did. I called them again and after anothe 40 min on the phone they said the monitor is on the store... that they dont know why it was marked as on transit.. and they will take a look at it... today. (1 month and 1 wee after I left it).Terrible costumer service... and if they didnt know where the monitor was it might me doubt a lot about the efficacite and efficiance of the job.Never again.."

The agent who came in to repair my stove has sense of client experience. He was engaging, great demeanor and fixed my appliance in no time.I recommend them whole heartly

Avoid Electroexperts! I called them to fix my stove for a minor issue. $600 to repair one heating element for a Samsung stove. That was excessive. The guy comes to repair the stove and makes a new problem. Now the knob that controls the heating element is not working. It was working that very morning and yesterday. But, apparently the knob element stops working that very moment after the repair man touches the stove and they want me to pay for it. At this point it is cheaper for me to buy a new stove. Before my stove was working but not optimally. Now the stove is not working. Btw, when you call their customer service be ready to wait 45-60 minutes on music hold. So far I am not impressed with this company. You can find much cheaper and better quality repair options.

I am very happy on my experience with Electro-Experts and its technicians. Technician Leo is very knowledgable and friendly, and he gave clear answers to my questions and showed me how to take care of my refrigerator during daily usage. Good jobs! Thanks!

Technicians came to fix my Samsung tv.. it was the smoothest repair ever. The two gentlemen were very professional, efficient and polite. I would recommend their service blindly.
