Got a dress, tried it on on at home. Didn't like how it fit. Went to return it the next day. Still have tags and recipe. They will only give me store credit. I don't want store credit because I literally never shop there. It's the first and probably last time I have ever been in their store. I didn't see anything else that I liked. I am now stuck with a gift card that I will likely never use. I have never been to a store where they didn't accept a refund the next day with tags and recipe.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had a very rude encounter with a staff member yesterday. All I know is that she was wearing a face shield.Telling your customers “I’m on break but I guess I can let you in to the changeroom.” In a snarky tone as you’re walking around the store isn’t exactly welcoming. We were told to come see you to get a change room, how were we supposed to know you were on break if you’re still on the floor? The prices are great and clothes are cute but I don’t see myself coming back soon.

Deals are nice. Lights aren't working properly, as you move to the back of the store they flicker like a bad horror movie scene. Also, nothing has been actually cleaned, dust every where. We went to get mens jeans and the piles look nice but they are not sorted by size and in some cases we found several styles in the same stack. Staff was friendly but all clumped in one spot and when we asked for help finding a size one gal looked for a minute and then said 'look online'. I continued to look and found our size in the store. Change room area needs work. I understand it's hard in retail right now but hopefully they can pick things up soon.

I can’t say enough of how the manager Tammy had helped me over the last few visits. My experience has been restored as a positive result. I said I would never go back but once I had the friendly experience and help from Tammy I am now a regular once again. Thank you Tammy the best thing ever was having you in the store. You go above and beyond to help your customers with smile and friendly chat.

Very rude assistant manager very snarky and thinks shes better then anyone else. Did not get the service and wont be back to this location. The previous manager was a tad nicer to the customers and then it got worse with the current staff. Store is always a huge mess

Awful experience! If I could give zero stars I would.Wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything and the store was DISGUSTING. Everything was out of place and the change rooms were full of trash and hangers all over the floor.

Good deals. Terrible wait times. Multiple staff members doing various tasks throughout the store as the line continued to grow longer and longer with two working tills, but only one open with a cashier.

If I had a choice to give them 0 stars I would have. We wanted to return a shirt that the lady working there said we can return it in 30 days but, when we tried to return it the same lady argued that we had to return it or exchange the shirt in 14 days.
