He has also always helped in short notice and got the job done quickly. Parts aren't cheep anywhere but Grant always looks for the best price for good quality. Nope! Clean facility, friendly staff. Until you point out work they performed that wasn't required. Had an alignment and oil change. Alignment was good. Extra additives were put into engine during the oil change. I never asked for this nor was it mentioned as part of their" procedure. I noticed the added charge $16

They are bunch of con artists, thugs and very unprofessional !! HOW? here is the story!!! Please give attention for your own BENEFIT.I sent my 1979 VW bug convertible for a fix in its fuel injection system. They kept the vehicle for over 4 months, i called numerous times their constant response. the part is being shipped from the manufacture its with Purolator" whole summer was gone with the same answer. One fine morning Mr. Grant (owner) called he said that part (mass airflow sensor) is not being manufactured by VW or its vendor anymore it needs to be ordered which may take ages

WOW I cannot say enough great things about Grant's Auto Care as a business and also Grant as a person. I bought my first vehicle from him and he was so honest with the maintenance and lifetime of the vehicle, winter tires, price, everything was honest and fair. And then, because we missed a signature in the ownership paperwork, HE drove the vehicle 1.5 hours to ME so we could get it sorted in a timely manner!! If I could rate Grant and his business higher than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend.

Great service! Grant and his team are very friendly and trustworthy. They get extremely busy in tire-changing seasons. Last fall i had my tires changed and they left skid marks on the ceiling of my car along with a bunch of finger-prints. I wasn't happy but was able to clean it up with some turtle wax. Other than cleanliness, they've done a good job with maintenance jobs.

Grant gives excellent service and truly cares about his clients! I had work done on my truck to level it and had left it with him for the day. While in the process he discovered an issue with my suspension that needed attention. He suggested that it may be covered by warranty and dealt with GM himself to see that it was covered. He then arranged for my truck to be sent to the dealer close to him to get the warranty work done. He then picked up the truck again for me and had it ready for me to drive away with again, all fixed and nicely leveled by the end of that very same day!! Didn't even charge me for the extra time he spent dealing with GM, deliverying, and picking up the truck for me. Now that's a mechanic who cares about his clients!

My husband and I have been going to Grant’s Auto for years, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We always get amazing service, and fair prices. Thank you Grant for always taking such good care of us and our cars.

Grant is the best, approachable, hilarious, and tries to get the best price for the parts. I have no doubts that I found my new mechanic!!

Do not recommend.I called many auto repair centres in and around Guelph for a quote on a very routine repair job. Grant’s quote was the cheapest so I had it done there. It was done in an hour (which is why I’ve given 2 stars instead one 1) but when it was done, the bill was $140 MORE than the quote. More than anywhere else in Guelph was quoting actually. There were no complications during the repair, no extra parts or labour needed. Of course I asked why the price was so much higher than the quote, but I wasn’t really given an explanation. Other than the speed of the repair, it was not a good experience and I do not recommend.
